The present invention relates to an encasing structure for constructing a concrete retaining wall. The present invention comprises: a grooved part which is formed at one side of encasing and is formed to allow the encasing to be partially overlapped successively by continuous construction; a retaining wall removing means which protrudes from the lower side surface of the grooved part and has a projecting end formed in the same round as the outer circumferential surface of the encasing to automatically remove a retaining wall between the encasing and the encasing during the drawing of the encasing; and a blocking member which is provided on the bottom surface of the lower end part with the same diameter as the outer circumferential surface of the encasing and prevents the inflow of soil or foreign substances from the side during the continuous construction of the encasing. According to the present invention having the above-described structure, when a concrete retaining wall is successively pulled out (drawn out) after the concrete retaining wall is continuously put into place (field casting), the retaining wall between the encasing and the encasing is automatically removed, thereby improving workability. Soil and foreign substances are prevented from entering into the inside of the encasing to prevent defects. Therefore, the quality and reliability of an encasing product is greatly improved, so the present invention can meet the various needs of users and provide a good image.
본 발명은 콘크리트 흙막이 벽체 조성용 인케이싱 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이를 위해 인케이싱의 어느 일측에 형성되며, 인케이싱을 연속시공으로 연이어 일부 중첩 시공할 수 있도록 하기 위해 형성된 요홈부; 요홈부의 하단 측면부에 돌출 형성되며, 인케이싱을 인발하는 과정에서 인케이싱과 인케이싱의 사이에 끼인 흙막을 자동으로 제거시키도록 하기 위해 돌출 선단이 인케이싱의 외주면과 같은 라운드로 형성된 흙막제거수단; 및 인케이싱의 외주면과 같은 직경으로 하단부 밑면에 설치되며, 인케이싱의 연속시공시 옆에서 흙이나 이물질의 유입을 방지하는 차단부재;가 포함된다. 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 콘크리트 흙막이 벽체를 연속시공으로 연이어 현장치기(현장타설) 후 인케이싱을 인발(빼낼 때)할 때 인케이싱과 인케이싱의 사이에 잔존하는 흙막을 자동으로 제거하여 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 함은 물론 하자가 발생하지 않도록 인케이싱 내부로 흙이나 이물질 등이 유입되지 않도록 한 것이고, 이로 인해 인케이싱 제품의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시키므로 사용자들의 다양한 욕구(니즈)를 충족시켜 좋은 이미지를 심어줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
The present invention relates to an encasing structure for constructing a concrete retaining wall. The present invention comprises: a grooved part which is formed at one side of encasing and is formed to allow the encasing to be partially overlapped successively by continuous construction; a retaining wall removing means which protrudes from the lower side surface of the grooved part and has a projecting end formed in the same round as the outer circumferential surface of the encasing to automatically remove a retaining wall between the encasing and the encasing during the drawing of the encasing; and a blocking member which is provided on the bottom surface of the lower end part with the same diameter as the outer circumferential surface of the encasing and prevents the inflow of soil or foreign substances from the side during the continuous construction of the encasing.
