HYBRID COMPOSITE GIRDER AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a hybrid composite steel girder, using advantages of a steel material and concrete to compositely interconnect a steel beam and a concrete beam in the longitudinal direction, wherein connection between the steel beam and the concrete beam is simply realized in a downward insertion method by a housing connection part; and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the hybrid composite steel girder comprises: the steel beam having the housing insertion part longitudinally formed in an end part; the U-shaped cross sectional concrete beam having an inner space (S1) in which a first housing insertion part of the housing insertion part is received to be fixated; the housing connection part integrally formed in an end part of the concrete beam in a U-shaped cross section having an inner space (S2), which communicates with the inner space (S1) and has the width extended in the lateral direction more than that of the concrete beam to accommodate the second housing insertion part of the housing insertion part; and a composite concrete part formed by placing composite concrete to allow the housing insertion part to be buried in the inner space (S2) of the housing connection part.
강재와 콘크리트의 장점을 살려 강재빔과 콘크리트빔을 서로 길이방향으로 합성 연결시킨 강합성거더로서 강재빔과 콘크리트빔 연결은 하우징연결부에 의한 하강 삽입 방식으로 간단하게 이루어지도록 한 강재빔과 하이브리드 강합성거더 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 하이브리드 강합성거더는 길이방향으로 하우징삽입부가 단부에 형성된 강재빔; 상기 하우징삽입부의 제1하우징삽입부가 고정되도록 수용되는 내측공간(S1)이 형성된 U형 단면의 콘크리트빔; 상기 내측공간(S1)과 연통되며 콘크리트 빔보다 횡방향으로 확폭되어 상기 하우징삽입부의 제2하우징삽입부가 수용되는 내측공간(S2)이 형성된 U형 단면으로 콘크리트빔 단부에 일체로 형성된 하우징연결부; 및 상기 하우징삽입부가 하우징연결부의 내측공간(S2)에서 매립되도록 합성콘크리트가 타설되어 형성된 합성콘크리트부;를 포함한다.
