WEIGHT AND DISPLACEMENT MEASURING DEVICE BASED ON FIBER BRAGG GRATING SENSORS
The present invention relates to a load and displacement measuring device based on an optical fiber Bragg grating sensor. The load and displacement measuring device based on the optical fiber Bragg grating sensor comprises: a body part on which an upright vertical block is installed on the upper surface; a plurality of horizontal blocks which are installed horizontally in the radial direction on the outer surface of the body part to receive load when the load is applied to the vertical block; a support block which is installed at an end of the horizontal block to allow the horizontal blocks to be mutually connected to each other and is formed to allow the lower surface of the support block to be positioned below the lower surface of the body part and the horizontal block; and an optical fiber grating sensor which is installed at two or more horizontal blocks among the horizontal blocks to have different wavelengths on either the upper surface or the lower surface, and measures the amount of displacement through a change in the wavelength when the load is applied. According to the present invention, tensile load and compressive load as well as load applied toward a lateral side can be precisely measured. Further, the height change and inclination of a measurement object can be precisely and easily measured using the measured load.
상면에 상향되게 수직블럭이 설치되는 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부에 외측면에 방사상으로 수평 설치되어 상기 수직블럭에 하중이 가해진 경우 그 하중을 전달받도록 복수개 형성된 수평블럭과, 상기 수평블럭 각각이 상호 연결되도록 상기 수평블럭의 끝단부에 설치되며, 그 설치된 하면은 상기 몸체부 및 수평블럭의 하면보다 하측에 위치하도록 형성된 지지블럭과, 상기 복수개의 수평블럭 중 두 개 이상의 수평블록에 상면이나 하면 또는 상·하면 모두에 서로 다른 파장을 갖도록 설치되며, 하중 작용시 파장의 변화량을 통해 변위량을 측정하는 광섬유격자센서를 포함하여, 인장하중 및 압축하중은 물론 측면 방향에서 가해지는 하중을 정밀하게 계측할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이 계측된 하중을 이용해 측정 대상물의 높낮이 변화 및 기울기를 정밀하고 용이하게 측정할 수 있는 광섬유 브래그 격자 센서 기반의 하중 및 변위 측정장치에 관한 것이다.
WEIGHT AND DISPLACEMENT MEASURING DEVICE BASED ON FIBER BRAGG GRATING SENSORS
The present invention relates to a load and displacement measuring device based on an optical fiber Bragg grating sensor. The load and displacement measuring device based on the optical fiber Bragg grating sensor comprises: a body part on which an upright vertical block is installed on the upper surface; a plurality of horizontal blocks which are installed horizontally in the radial direction on the outer surface of the body part to receive load when the load is applied to the vertical block; a support block which is installed at an end of the horizontal block to allow the horizontal blocks to be mutually connected to each other and is formed to allow the lower surface of the support block to be positioned below the lower surface of the body part and the horizontal block; and an optical fiber grating sensor which is installed at two or more horizontal blocks among the horizontal blocks to have different wavelengths on either the upper surface or the lower surface, and measures the amount of displacement through a change in the wavelength when the load is applied. According to the present invention, tensile load and compressive load as well as load applied toward a lateral side can be precisely measured. Further, the height change and inclination of a measurement object can be precisely and easily measured using the measured load.
