PREFABRICATED RAINWATER STORAGE TANK AND MANUFACTURING METHODE THEREOF
The present invention relates to a prefabricated water storage tank in which a floor slab and a roof slab can be integrated into a wall member by concrete poured using the wall member whose inner space is opened up, down, left and right, and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated water storage tank comprises: a base member (100) provided on the ground; a wall member (200) standing on the base member (100); a wall connecting member (300) connecting the wall members (200) in a continuous state; a column member (400) disposed to be distributed in a state of standing on the base member (100); a girder member (500) fixed to the column member (400) in a lying state; and a roof slab (600) fixed to the girder member (500) in a seated state. The wall member (200) comprises: a wall (210) having an inner space; an inlet (220) formed on the upper part of the wall (210) for pouring concrete into the inner space of the wall (210); a lower outlet (230) formed on the lower part of the wall (210) so the concrete filled in the inner space of the wall (210) is discharged downward to form a floor slab on the base member (100); and a lateral outlet (240) formed on the lateral part of the wall (210) such that the concrete filled in the inner space of the wall (210) is laterally discharged to the other wall member (200).
본 발명은 내부공간이 상하좌우로 개방되는 벽체부재를 이용하여 타설되는 콘크리트에 의해 벽체부재에 바닥슬래브 및 지붕슬래브가 일체화될 수 있는 조립식 저류조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은, 지면에 구비되는 베이스부재(100)와, 베이스부재(100)에 기립되는 벽체부재(200)와, 벽체부재(200)들을 연이어진 상태로 연결시키는 벽체연결부재(300)와, 베이스부재(100)에 기립된 상태로 분산되게 배치되는 기둥부재(400)와, 기둥부재(400)에 누워진 상태로 고정되는 거더부재(500)와, 거더부재(500)에 안착된 상태로 고정되는 지붕슬래브(600)를 포함하며, 벽체부재(200)는 내부공간이 형성되는 벽체(210)와, 벽체(210)의 내부공간에 콘크리트가 주입되도록 벽체(210)의 상부에 형성되는 주입구(220)와, 벽체(210)의 내부공간에 채워지는 콘크리트가 하부로 배출되어 베이스부재(100)에 바닥슬래브가 형성되도록 벽체(210)의 하부에 형성되는 하부배출구(230)와, 벽체(210)의 내부공간에 채워지는 콘크리트가 측방으로 배출되어 다른 벽체부재(200)에 제공되도록 벽체(210)의 측방에 형성되는 측방배출구(240)를 포함한다.
