The present invention relates to a complex waterproof sheet which is lightweight and has excellent bonding and waterproof features and superior water-resisting and electrical features, and a waterproofing technique using the same. The complex waterproof sheet comprises: a waterproof material; an asphalt sheet laminated on an upper portion of the waterproof material; and a sheet laminated on an upper portion of the asphalt sheet.
