Variable Type Assembly Adjusting Hight and Gradient of Manhole Lid
The present invention relates to a variable type manhole body assembly which can be easily installed through a variable support portion even when a longitudinal width between a road surface and an upper surface of a manhole main body is relatively large. The variable type manhole body assembly comprises: a manhole body having a hollow cylindrical manhole main body and on which a manhole cover is placed; a base portion having a hollow cylindrical base main body, an upper flange formed in an upper end of the base main body and projecting inward therefrom, a lower flange formed in a lower end of the base main body and projecting outward therefrom, and a vertical end forming a concentric circle with the base main body and disposed on an outer side of the base main body, wherein an end portion of the vertical end is fixated to the lower flange, and a plurality of discharge holes formed in one row in a lower end of a circumferential surface of the base main body in a circumferential direction; an adjusting portion having a plurality of fixtures radially disposed and fixated to the manhole body, support balls, each of which is disposed in each of the fixtures, and adjusting bolts, each of which has an upper end fixated to the support balls and a lower end fixated to the upper flange by a nut; a cover fixated to the manhole body and having a plurality of unit covers, wherein the unit covers are disposed side by side; and the variable support portion having an upper support fixated to the lower flange, a lower support fixated to an entry of the manhole main body and inserted into the upper support, and a variable means disposed in the upper support and the lower support to adjust a longitudinal width. Moreover, an inclined end is formed on a lower end of the manhole main body, wherein an inner diameter of the inclined end is reduced downward, and the unit covers are fixated to an outer peripheral surface of the inclined end by a coupling bolt to be able to rotate.
본 발명은 가변지지부를 통해 노면과 맨홀본체 상면 사이의 상하폭이 큰 경우에도 설치가 용이한 가변형 맨홀철개 조립체에 관한 것으로서, 중공 원통형의 철개본체를 포함하되 맨홀덮개가 놓이게 되는 철개; 중공 원통형의 베이스본체, 상기 베이스본체의 상단에 형성되고 내측으로 돌출되는 상부플랜지, 상기 베이스본체의 하단에 형성되고 외측으로 돌출되는 하부플랜지, 상기 베이스본체와 동심원을 이루고 베이스본체의 외측에 배치되며 그 단부는 상기 하부플랜지에 고정되는 수직단, 및 상기 베이스본체의 원주면 하단에 원주방향으로 1열로 형성되는 복수의 토출홀로 이루어지는 베이스부; 상기 철개에 방사상으로 배치되어 고정되는 복수의 고정구, 각 고정구 내부에 구비되는 지지볼과, 상단은 상기 지지볼에 고정되고 하부는 상기 상부플랜지에 너트로 고정되는 조절볼트로 이루어지는 조절부; 상기 철개에 고정되고 상호 병치되는 복수의 단위커버를 포함하는 커버; 및 상기 하부플랜지에 고정되는 상부지지대, 맨홀본체의 출입구에 고정되고 상기 상부지지대에 삽입되는 하부지지대, 및 상기 상부지지대와 하부지지대에 구비되어 상하폭을 조절하는 가변수단을 포함하는 가변지지부;로 이루어지고, 상기 철개본체의 하단에 하방으로 갈수록 내경이 작아지게 경사지는 경사단이 형성되며, 상기 경사단의 외주면에 체결볼트를 통해 상기 단위커버가 회전가능하게 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
