Construction method for infrared reflection coating
The present invention provides a construction method of a heat blocking coating film having a high infrared reflectance. The construction method of a heat blocking coating film comprises the following steps of: applying a heat blocking paint which includes silica particles having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 0.8 μm, a specific surface area of 5 to 9 m^2/g and a sphericity of 0.8 or more, rutile titanium dioxide, and an emulsion resin, and forming a coating film; and forming a pattern on a surface of the coating film by pressing a pattern plate before drying the applied heat blocking paint.
본 발명에 의한 차열도막 시공법은 평균 입경이 0.5 내지 0.8 ㎛이며, 비표면적이 5 내지 9 ㎡/g이고, 구형도가 0.8 이상인 실리카 입자; 루타일 이산화티탄; 및 에멀젼 수지;를 포함하는 차열도료를 도포하여 도막을 형성하는 도막형성단계; 및 도포된 차열도료의 건조 전 패턴 플레이트를 압착하여 상기 도막의 표면에 패턴을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하여 적외선 반사율이 우수한 도막을 형성할 수 있다.

The present invention provides a construction method of a heat blocking coating film having a high infrared reflectance.
