Hoist Hook Type Slab Panel Supporting Device
The present invention relates to a hanging protrusion type slab panel supporting device. A hanging protrusion type slab panel supporting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a holder (10); a connection plate (20); a supporter (30) provided between the holders (10) facing each other and supporting a slab panel (22); and a connection bar (50) connecting the connection plate (20) and the supporter (30). The supporter (30) is formed with a tubular structure including an internal space (301) for receiving the connection bar (50). Therefore, the hanging protrusion type slab panel supporting device according to the present invention can reduce manufacturing costs and minimize damage to the supporter.
본 발명은 대면하는 벽체 판넬(11) 양측 상단을 따라 각각 설치되는 거치대(10); 거치대(10) 각각의 길이 방향을 따라 일정 간격 이격되어 설치되는 연결플레이트(20); 대면하는 거치대(10) 사이에 설치되어, 슬라브 판넬(22)을 지지하는 지지대(30); 및, 일측에 연결플레이트결합공(501)이 구비되어 연결플레이트(20)와 연결플레이트결합핀(502)으로 핀결합되고, 타측에 하향 돌출된 걸림돌기(503)가 구비되어 지지대(30) 양측 단부의 하부에 구비된 걸림턱(309)에 맞닿아 걸림작용이 발생하면서 연결플레이트(20)와 지지대(30)를 연결시키는 연결바(50);를 포함하여 구성되되, 지지대(30)는 연결바(50)를 수용하는 내부공간(301)이 마련된 튜브 구조로서, 지지대(30) 양측 단부의 상부에는 내부공간(301)에 수용된 상태로 거동하는 연결바(50)의 거동을 방해하지 않도록 절개된 상부절개홈(307)이 구비되고, 지지대(30) 양측 단부의 하부에는 연결바(50)의 거동을 방해하지 않도록 걸림턱(309)을 제외한 영역이 절개된 하부절개홈(308)이 상부절개홈(307)에 비하여 상대적으로 길게 구비되고, 연결바(50)가 내부공간(301)에 수용되어 지지대(30)와 나란하게 배열된 상태에서 연결바(50)의 걸림돌기(503)와 맞닿아 스토퍼 역할을 하는 착탈식 걸림핀(504)이 지지대(30)를 관통하도록 구비되어 연결바(50)가 내부공간(301)에서 빠져나오지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
