CERAMIC REINFORCING PLATE FOR TRANSFERRING COAL EQUIPMENT HAVING ABRASION RESISTANCE AND IMPACT RESISTANCE
The present invention relates to a ceramic reinforcing plate for a coal transferring facility having abrasion resistance and impact resistance, and more specifically relates to a ceramic reinforcing plate for a coal transferring facility in which a content of aluminum is 80.5 to 89 wt%. The ceramic reinforcing plate having 80.5 to 89 wt% of aluminum content has excellent impact resistance and abrasion resistance against fallen coal generated in a transferring process of the coal.
본 발명은 내마모성 및 내충격성이 우수한 석탄이송 설비용 세라믹 보강판에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 알루미나가 80.5 내지 89 중량% 함유되어 이루어지는 석탄이송 설비용 세라믹 보강판에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같이 알루미나의 함량이 80.5 내지 89 중량%인 세라믹 보강판은 석탄의 이송과정에서 발생하는 석탄으로 인한 낙탄의 충격에도 우수한 내충격성 및 내마모성을 나타낸다.
