QUICK-DRYING CRACK INJECTION COMPOSITION FOR REPAIRING CRACK OF ROAD AND CRACK REPAIRING METHOD OF ROAD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a quick-drying crack injection agent composition for repairing a road crack, the quick-drying crack injection agent composition having excellent low viscosity, high permeability, strength, crack resistance and durability, and a repairing method of the road crack using the quick-drying crack injection agent composition. The quick-drying crack injection agent composition of the present invention comprises 60 to 99 wt% of a quick-drying binder and 0.01 to 20 wt% of a filling admixture, wherein the filling admixture includes 5 to 40 wt% of sericite, 5 to 40 wt% of siliceous silica, 1 to 30 wt% of molybdenum, 1 to 20 wt% of magnesium silicate, 1 to 20 wt% of halloysite, 0.1 to 20 wt% of bentonite, and 0.1 to 20 wt% of a pigment. The quick-drying crack injection agent composition according to the present invention is effective in crack repairing by lowering yellowing due to ultraviolet rays and maintaining low viscosity and high permeability, thereby penetrating the composition into the road crack and preventing evaporation of the composition before curing the composition. Further, the quick-drying crack injection agent composition according to the present invention can be applied to repairing of a crack in a concrete structure as well as a wide range of road pavement by having an excellent crack permeation effect.
본 발명은, 속건성 바인더 60~99 중량% 및 충전 혼화재 0.01~20 중량%를 포함하며, 충전 혼화재는 견운모 5∼40중량%, 실리카질 규사 5~40중량%, 몰리브덴 1∼30중량%, 마그네슘실리케이트 1∼20중량%, 할로이사이트 1∼20중량%, 벤토나이트 0.1∼20중량% 및 안료 0.1∼20중량%를 포함하고, 상기 충전 혼화재는 견운모 5∼40중량%, 실리카질 규사 5~40중량%, 몰리브덴 1∼30중량%, 마그네슘실리케이트 1∼20중량%, 할로이사이트 1∼20중량%, 벤토나이트 0.1∼20중량% 및 안료 0.1∼20중량%를 포함하는 저점도, 고침투성, 강도, 균열저항성 및 내구성이 우수한 도로 균열 보수용 속건성 균열 주입제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 도로 균열 보수방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 도로 균열 보수용 속건성 균열 주입제 조성물에 의하면, 자외선에 의한 황변 저하, 저점도 고침투성으로 균열의 침투 및 양생 전에 조성물의 증발이 발생하지 않아 균열보수에 효과적이다. 또한, 균열 침투 효과가 우수하여 넓은 범위의 도로 포장뿐만 아니라 콘크리트 구조물 균열보수에 적용할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a quick-drying crack injection agent composition for repairing a road crack, the quick-drying crack injection agent composition having excellent low viscosity, high permeability, strength, crack resistance and durability, and a repairing method of the road crack using the quick-drying crack injection agent composition. The quick-drying crack injection agent composition of the present invention comprises 60 to 99 wt% of a quick-drying binder and 0.01 to 20 wt% of a filling admixture, wherein the filling admixture includes 5 to 40 wt% of sericite, 5 to 40 wt% of siliceous silica, 1 to 30 wt% of molybdenum, 1 to 20 wt% of magnesium silicate, 1 to 20 wt% of halloysite, 0.1 to 20 wt% of bentonite, and 0.1 to 20 wt% of a pigment. 본 발명은, 속건성 바인더 60~99 중량% 및 충전 혼화재 0.01~20 중량%를 포함하며, 충전 혼화재는 견운모 5∼40중량%, 실리카질 규사 5~40중량%, 몰리브덴 1∼30중량%, 마그네슘실리케이트 1∼20중량%, 할로이사이트 1∼20중량%, 벤토나이트 0.1∼20중량% 및 안료 0.1∼20중량%를 포함하고, 상기 충전 혼화재는 견운모 5∼40중량%, 실리카질 규사 5~40중량%, 몰리브덴 1∼30중량%, 마그네슘실리케이트 1∼20중량%, 할로이사이트 1∼20중량%, 벤토나이트 0.1∼20중량% 및 안료 0.1∼20중량%를 포함하는 저점도, 고침투성, 강도, 균열저항성 및 내구성이 우수한 도로 균열 보수용 속건성 균열 주입제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 도로 균열 보수방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 도로 균열 보수용 속건성 균열 주입제 조성물에 의하면, 자외선에 의한 황변 저하, 저점도 고침투성으로 균열의 침투 및 양생 전에 조성물의 증발이 발생하지 않아 균열보수에 효과적이다. 또한, 균열 침투 효과가 우수하여 넓은 범위의 도로 포장뿐만 아니라 콘크리트 구조물 균열보수에 적용할 수 있다.
