Foam concrete reinforcing plate material panel
The present invention relates to a foam concrete reinforcing plate material panel and, more specifically, relates to a foam concrete reinforcing plate material panel, wherein normal cement is used to form a foam structure having a uniform size at room temperature. Moreover, the panel is attached to a foam concrete body that is lightweight, has excellent soundproof, insulation, nonflammable, and dampproof effects, does not emit a poisonous gas at high temperature, and has an excellent coupling force in the foam structure. Therefore, strength of the panel is reinforced not to be easily broken while maintaining insulation and incombustibility to completely substitute a styrofoam panel and a urethane panel.
본 발명은 기포콘크리트 보강용 판재부착 판넬에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 일반 시멘트를 이용하여 상온에서 균일한 크기의 발포조직을 형성하며 경량이면서 방음과 단열, 불연 및 방습효과가 우수하고 고온에서 유독가스를 방출하지 않으며 발포조직 사이의 결합력이 우수한 기포콘크리트 발포체에 부착하여 단열 및 불연성을 그대로 유지하면서 쉽게 부서지지 않도록 강도를 보강함으로써 스티로폼 판넬과 우레탄 판넬을 완전히 대체할 수 있도록 개선된 기포콘크리트 보강용 판재부착 판넬 관한 것이다.
