Apparatus for constructing outside insulation wall and constructing method using the same
The present invention relates to an apparatus to construct an outer insulation wall, capable of maximizing insulation property, and an outer insulation wall construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: an outer mold having a plurality of penetrating slots formed thereon, wherein a reinforcement frame is coupled to an outer surface; an inner mold disposed to be spaced apart from an inner surface of the outer mold; a fixation member made of timber or synthetic resin, and inserted into the penetrating slot from the inside of the inner mold to mount an outer end to the reinforcement frame; an insulation material mounted on the inner side surface of the outer mold to cover the fixation member; and a fixation pin where an end is coupled to the fixation member after penetrating the insulation material. Moreover, the method comprises: a first step of installing the outer mold; a second step of inserting the fixation member into the penetrating slot, mounting the insulation material on the inner side surface of the outer mold, and integrally coupling the fixation member and the insulation material by the fixation pin; a third step of installing the inner mold; a fourth step of depositing concrete between the outer and inner molds; and a fifth step of removing the fixation member, and then removing the outer and inner molds after the concrete is completely cured.
본 발명에 의한 외단열 벽체 시공장치는, 다수 개의 관통슬롯이 형성되고, 외측면에 보강프레임이 결합되는 외부거푸집; 상기 외부거푸집의 내측면와 이격되도록 배치되는 내부거푸집; 목재 또는 합성수지로 제작되며, 상기 내부거푸집의 내측으로부터 상기 관통슬롯에 삽입되어, 외측단이 상기 보강프레임에 안착되는 고정부재; 상기 고정부재를 덮도록 상기 외부거푸집의 내측면에 안착되는 단열재; 끝단이 상기 단열재를 관통한 후 상기 고정부재에 결합되는 고정핀;을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 외단열 벽체 시공방법은, 상기 외부거푸집을 설치하는 제1 단계; 상기 관통슬롯에 상기 고정부재를 삽입시키고 상기 외부거푸집의 내측면에 단열재를 안착시킨 후, 상기 고정핀으로 상기 고정부재와 단열재를 일체로 결합시키는 제2 단계; 상기 내부거푸집을 설치하는 제3 단계; 상기 외부거푸집과 상기 내부거푸집 사이로 콘크리트를 타설하는 제4 단계; 상기 콘크리트의 양생이 완료되면, 상기 고정부재를 탈거시킨 후 상기 외부거푸집과 내부거푸집을 탈거시키는 제5 단계;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus to construct an outer insulation wall, capable of maximizing insulation property, and an outer insulation wall construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: an outer mold having a plurality of penetrating slots formed thereon, wherein a reinforcement frame is coupled to an outer surface; an inner mold disposed to be spaced apart from an inner surface of the outer mold; a fixation member made of timber or synthetic resin, and inserted into the penetrating slot from the inside of the inner mold to mount an outer end to the reinforcement frame; an insulation material mounted on the inner side surface of the outer mold to cover the fixation member; and a fixation pin where an end is coupled to the fixation member after penetrating the insulation material. Moreover, the method comprises: a first step of installing the outer mold; a second step of inserting the fixation member into the penetrating slot, mounting the insulation material on the inner side surface of the outer mold, and integrally coupling the fixation member and the insulation material by the fixation pin; a third step of installing the inner mold; a fourth step of depositing concrete between the outer and inner molds; and a fifth step of removing the fixation member, and then removing the outer and inner molds after the concrete is completely cured.
본 발명에 의한 외단열 벽체 시공장치는, 다수 개의 관통슬롯이 형성되고, 외측면에 보강프레임이 결합되는 외부거푸집; 상기 외부거푸집의 내측면와 이격되도록 배치되는 내부거푸집; 목재 또는 합성수지로 제작되며, 상기 내부거푸집의 내측으로부터 상기 관통슬롯에 삽입되어, 외측단이 상기 보강프레임에 안착되는 고정부재; 상기 고정부재를 덮도록 상기 외부거푸집의 내측면에 안착되는 단열재; 끝단이 상기 단열재를 관통한 후 상기 고정부재에 결합되는 고정핀;을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 외단열 벽체 시공방법은, 상기 외부거푸집을 설치하는 제1 단계; 상기 관통슬롯에 상기 고정부재를 삽입시키고 상기 외부거푸집의 내측면에 단열재를 안착시킨 후, 상기 고정핀으로 상기 고정부재와 단열재를 일체로 결합시키는 제2 단계; 상기 내부거푸집을 설치하는 제3 단계; 상기 외부거푸집과 상기 내부거푸집 사이로 콘크리트를 타설하는 제4 단계; 상기 콘크리트의 양생이 완료되면, 상기 고정부재를 탈거시킨 후 상기 외부거푸집과 내부거푸집을 탈거시키는 제5 단계;를 포함한다.
