PREMIXING GROUT OF HIGH PERFORMANCE AND LOW VISCOSITY FOR PRESTRESSED CONCRETE BRIDGE
The present invention relates to high performance low viscosity pre-mixed grout for prestressed concrete bridges. More specifically, the present invention relates to high performance low viscosity pre-mixed grout for prestressed concrete bridges, which contains a binding material, water, a water-reducing agent, a bleeding-reducing material, and a shrinkage-reducing material. By restricting content and types of the bleeding-reducing material, the water-reducing agent, and the shrinkage-reducing material, bleeding and shrinkage are avoided during construction. In addition, low viscosity makes grout injection easy and allows a sheath tube to be filled with the grout. Accordingly, it is possible to carry out construction of prestressed bridges while ensuring enhanced durability.
본 발명은 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 교량용 고성능 저점도 프리믹싱 그라우트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 결합재, 물, 감수제, 블리딩저감재, 및 수축저감재를 포함하고, 상기 블리딩저감재, 감수제, 및 수축저감재의 종류 및 함량을 한정함으로써 시공 과정에서 블리딩 현상 및 수축 현상이 발생하지 않고, 점도가 낮아 그라우트 주입이 용이하여 쉬스관(Sheath Tube) 내에 상기 그라우트가 완전히 충전되도록 함으로써 내구성이 향상된 프리스트레스트 교량을 시공할 수 있는 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 교량용 고성능 저점도 프리믹싱 그라우트에 관한 것이다.
