METHOD FOR DEMOLISHING AN UNDERGROUND CONCRETE STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a method to demolish an underground concrete structure including a concrete bottom plate disposed on an underground bottom, and a concrete wall vertically extended at an edge of the concrete bottom plate. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of boring a plurality of installation holes on the concrete bottom plate along the concrete wall at predetermined intervals to be in contact with the concrete wall; a step of installing a plurality of wire saws by penetrating the installation holes of the concrete bottom plate in order to cut a part of the concrete wall corresponding to an upper part in contact with the installation hole of the concrete bottom plate; a step of refilling soil in an inner space of the concrete structure; a step of installing wire saw equipment on an inner ground of the concrete structure refilled by the soil to cut the part of the concrete wall with the wire saw installed in each of the installation holes of the concrete bottom plate; a step of vertically pulling out cut wall blocks cut from the concrete wall; a step of driving an H-pile into the holes of the concrete walls from which the cut wall blocks are pulled out; and a step of demolishing the concrete wall and inserting soil retaining plates between the H-piles while withdrawing the soil refilled inside the concrete structure. Accordingly, when the underground concrete structure constructed under the ground is demolished, the underground concrete structure is demolished while minimizing influence on an adjacent building.
본 발명은 지하 콘크리트구조물 철거방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 지하 바닥에 위치하는 콘크리트 바닥판과, 상기 콘크리트 바닥판의 가장자리에 수직방향으로 연장 형성되는 콘크리트 벽체를 포함하는 콘크리트구조물에서, 상기 콘크리트 벽체에 접하도록 상기 콘크리트 벽체를 따라 상기 콘크리트 바닥판에 설정된 간격을 두고 복수 개의 설치구멍들을 천공하는 단계; 상기 콘크리트 바닥판의 설치구멍에 접한 위쪽 부분에 해당되는 상기 콘크리트 벽체의 일부분을 절단하기 위하여 상기 콘크리트 바닥판의 설치구멍들에 각각 복수 개의 와이어쏘우를 관통하여 설치하는 단계; 상기 콘크리트구조물의 내부 공간에 토사 되메우기를 하는 단계; 상기 토사가 되메워진 콘크리트구조물의 내측 지면에서 와이어쏘우 장비를 설치하여 상기 콘크리트 바닥판의 설치구멍들에 각각 설치된 와이어쏘우로 콘크리트 벽체의 일부분을 절단하는 단계; 상기 콘크리트 벽체의 절단된 절단벽체블록들을 수직 방향으로 빼내는 단계; 상기 절단벽체블록들이 빠진 콘크리트 벽체의 구멍들에 각각 엄지말뚝을 박는 단계; 상기 콘크리트구조물의 내부에 되메워진 토사를 반출하면서 콘크리트 벽체를 해체하고 엄지말뚝 사이에 토류판들을 끼워 넣는 단계;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 지하에 시공된 지하 콘크리트구조물을 철거시 인접한 건물에 영향을 최소화하면서 지하 콘크리트 구조물을 철거한다.
