According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for processing microorganism comprises: a microorganism processing main body unit of degrading a solid portion of the crushed products crushed in a food waste grinder by using microorganism; a crushed product separation unit installed on the upper unit of the microorganism processing main body for moving the solid portion to the microorganism processing main body unit and discharging the moisture by separating the moisture from the solid portion of the crushed products discharged from the food waste grinder; and a washing unit of washing the crushed product separation unit by spraying the washing water toward a solid portion discharge hole for discharging the solid portion of the crushed product separation unit, from the upper unit of the microorganism processing main body unit.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 미생물 처리기는 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기에 분쇄된 분쇄물 중 고형분을 미생물을 이용하여 분해하는 미생물 처리본체부; 미생물 처리본체부의 상부에 설치되고, 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기에서 배출된 분쇄물 중 고형분과 수분을 분리하여 고형분을 미생물 처리본체부로 이동시키고 수분을 배출시키는 분쇄물 분리부; 및 미생물 처리본체부의 상부에서, 분쇄물 분리부의 고형분을 배출하는 고형분배출구를 향해 세척수를 분사하여 분쇄물 분리부를 세척하는 세척부를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
