DOUBLE WALL STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND WALL STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a double wall structure, and the wall structure manufactured by using the method, which can apply concrete to the inside of a double wall facing each other so as to construct a wall structure. According to the present invention, a wall structure of a front surface and a rear surface comprises: a T-type wall unit formed by a reinforced rib which is formed on one side surface of a vertical wall unit; and connection steels having a transverse female connector and a transverse male connector while passing the reinforced rib from inside the vertical wall unit to protrude to the outside. The double wall structure allows the wall structure of a front surface and a rear surface to be lifted to be vertically set by using a lifting apparatus, thereby enabling the connection steels to be coupled to each other while sliding upwardly and downwardly. Moreover, the connection steels can be embedded to be mutually integrated on an inner side of the front surface wall structure and the rear surface wall structure.
서로 마주보도록 세팅된 이중벽체 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하여 벽체구조물을 시공할 수 있는 이중벽체 구조물 제작방법 및 이를 이용하여 제작된 벽체구조물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 이중벽체 구조물은 수직벽체부 일측면에 형성된 보강리브로 형성된 T형 벽체부; 및 상기 수직벽체부 내부로부터 보강리브를 경유하여 외부로 돌출 형성되며 횡방향 암연결구 또는 횡방향 수연결구가 형성된 연결형강;을 포함하는 전면 및 배면 벽체구조물을 인양장치로 인양하여 수직으로 세팅한 후, 연결형강들이 상,하로 슬라이딩되면서 서로 끼워지도록 한 후, 전면 벽체구조물과 배면 벽체구조물 내측에 연결형강들이 매립되도록 벽체콘크리트를 타설하여 서로 일체화되도록 하게 된다.
