    According to an embodiment, a device for measuring a ground state comprises: a rod member capable of being interpenetrated in the perforated ground; and a sensing member mounted in the rod member to measure a state of the perforated ground. The sensing member has a plurality of sensors, and the sensors can be arranged to be spaced from each other in the longitudinal direction of the rod member.
