The purpose of the present invention is to provide a low-noise manhole which makes a cover assembled to a cover frame come in close contact with a surrounding ground so that shock or vibration transmitted to the cover is dispersed to the surrounding ground, thereby reducing noise caused by a collision between the cover frame and the cover. To this end, the low-noise manhole comprises: a cover frame having a mount portion on the inner circumference of a hole for entrance and exit of a worker; and a cover mounted on the mount portion of the cover frame to cover the hole. The cover includes: an insertion portion fitted into the hole of the cover frame; a protrusion integrated with an upper end of the insertion portion to have a structure protruding from an upper surface of the cover frame; and a wing portion horizontally protruding from the circumference of the protrusion to protrude toward the outside of the cover frame, cover the upper space of the cover frame, and come in close contact with a surrounding ground of the manhole with the bottom surface thereof. The cover further includes: a plurality of grooves having a structure recessed from the inner circumference of the hole, horizontally extending, and mutually spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the cover frame; and a plurality of engaging protrusions having a structure protruding from the outer circumference of the insertion portion to be engaged with the grooves, horizontally extending, and mutually spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the insertion portion.
본 발명은 저소음 맨홀에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 철개에 조립되는 뚜껑이 주변지반에 밀착되어 지지되도록 함으로서, 뚜껑으로 전달되는 충격이나 진동을 주변지반으로 분산시켜 철개와 뚜껑의 충돌로 인한 소음의 발생을 감소시킬 수 있는 저소음 맨홀을 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 작업자의 출입을 위한 구멍의 내주면에 안착단이 형성된 것으로 이루어진 철개; 및 상기 철개의 안착단에 안착되어 상기 구멍을 폐쇄하는 뚜껑;을 포함하는 맨홀에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑은, 상기 철개의 구멍에 끼움 결합되는 삽입부; 상기 철개의 상면으로부터 돌출되는 구조를 갖도록 상기 삽입부의 상단부에 일체형의 구조로 형성된 돌출부; 및 상기 돌출부의 둘레로부터 수평방향으로 뻗어나가면서 철개의 외측방향으로 돌출되게 형성되어 철개의 상부 공간을 커버하면서 맨홀의 주변지반에 저면에 밀착되는 날개부;로 구성되며, 상기 구멍의 내주면으로부터 함몰된 구조를 갖되, 수직방향으로 연장되며, 철개의 원주방향으로 상호 이격된 구조를 갖는 다수의 홈이 구멍의 내주면에 더 형성되고, 상기 홈에 삽입되어 결합되는 구조를 갖도록 삽입부의 외주면으로부터 돌출된 구조를 갖되, 수직방향으로 연장되며 삽입부의 원주방향으로 상호 이격된 구조를 갖는 다수의 결합돌기가 삽입부의 외주면에 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 맨홀을 제공한다.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a low-noise manhole which makes a cover assembled to a cover frame come in close contact with a surrounding ground so that shock or vibration transmitted to the cover is dispersed to the surrounding ground, thereby reducing noise caused by a collision between the cover frame and the cover.
