METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GUARD-RAIL AND THE GUARD-RAIL MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD
Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a guardrail and a guardrail manufactured by using the same. The method for manufacturing a guardrail comprises: a step of forming a plate material having a certain width with a cross sectional surface of a set pattern; a step of forming an identification portion formed at one side of the formed plate material in a letter or pattern according to a predetermined design; and a step of forming a coating layer on an outer surface of the formed plate material. The guardrail manufactured by the manufacturing method comprises: a guardrail plate formed by forming the plate material having the certain width so as to have the cross sectional surface of the set pattern; the identification portion formed on one side of the guardrail plate along the design of the predetermined letter or pattern; and the coating layer formed on the outer surface of the guardrail plate.
가드레일 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 가드레일이 개시된다. 상기 가드레일 제조방법은 일정 폭을 갖는 판재를 정해진 패턴의 단면을 갖도록 포밍하는 단계; 포밍한 판재의 일측에 미리 정해진 디자인에 따라 문자 또는 문양으로 형성되는 식별부를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 포밍한 판재의 외면에 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 이러한 제조방법에 의해 제조된 상기 가드레일은 일정 폭을 갖는 판재를 정해진 패턴의 단면을 갖도록 포밍하여 형성된 가드레일판; 상기 가드레일판의 일측에 미리 정해진 문자 또는 문양의 디자인을 따라 형성된 식별부; 및 상기 가드레일판의 외면에 형성된 코팅층을 포함할 수 있다.
