SAP Concrete having Superabsorbent Polymer and Shrinkage Reducer
The present invention relates to a concrete composition for bridge-decks surfacing, which exhibits excellent durability performance by containing cement and a mineral admixture having high fineness as binders; and can reduce the autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage and forms a dense internal structure through internal curing by containing a superabsorbent polymer (SAP), a shrinkage reducer, and a high performance water reducing agent.
본 발명은 시멘트와 고분말도의 광물성 혼화재를 결합재(binder)로서 포함함으로써 우수한 내구성능을 발휘하게 되며, 고흡수성수지(Superabsorbent Polymer : SAP)와 수축저감제(Shrinkage Reducer), 그리고 고성능감수제를 포함함으로써 자기수축과 건조수축이 저감되며 내부양생(internal curing) 작용을 통해서 치밀한 내부조직을 형성하게 되는 교면포장용 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다
