Fixation device of filter for fine dust reduction
The present invention relates to a fixing device for a fine dust filter. The fixing device for a fine dust filter fixes a fine dust filter to a screen by a pair of fixing pins passing through the screen by being inserted by a pin fixing unit located on the upper surface of a fixing bar while the fine dust filter bonded to the screen installed in a window frame is pressed by the fixing bar installed along an edge of the screen. According to the present invention, the fixing device for a find dust filter has a simple installation structure and is low-priced in comparison with a fine dust inflow prevention device (referring to patent document 1) of a window using an existing roller type fine dust filter. Specifically, the fixing device for a fine dust filter enables a normal user to easily perform an installation work or a removal work by a simple motion of inserting the fixing pin into the pin fixing unit located in the fixing bar or of pulling out the fixing pin. The fixing device for a fine dust filter does not use an adhesive matter at all and, therefore, prevents a problem in which the window frame gets dirty due to the adhesive matter remaining or a problem in which the screen is damaged when the fine dust filter is removed after a double-sided velcro, a double-sided adhesive tape, and a double-sided magnet are attached to the window frame in which the screen is installed, to install the fine dust filter in the screen.
본 발명은 미세먼지필터 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 창틀에 설치된 방충망에 덧붙여지는 미세먼지필터를 해당 방충망의 가장자리를 따라 배치되는 고정바로 압박한 상태에서 상기 고정바의 상면에 위치하는 핀 고정부를 통해 삽입되어 상기 방충망을 관통하는 한 쌍의 고정핀에 의해 상기 미세먼지필터를 해당 방충망에 고정한다. 본 발명은 종래의 로울러형 미세먼지필터를 사용하는 창문의 미세먼지유입 방지장치(특허문헌 1 참조)에 비해 저가이면서 설치 구조가 단순하고, 특히 고정바에 위치하는 핀 고정부에 고정핀을 삽입하거나 뽑는 간단한 동작으로 일반 사용자가 쉽게 설치 혹은 제거 작업을 수행할 수 있는 장점이 있고, 접착물질을 전혀 사용하지 않기 때문에 미세먼지필터를 방충망에 설치하기 위해 방충망이 설치된 창틀에 양면 접착식 벨크로나 양면 접착테이프, 양면 접착식 자석 등을 부착한 후 미세먼지필터를 제거할 때 방충망이 손상되거나 남아 있는 접착물질에 의해 창틀이 더러워지는 문제점이 전혀 발생하지 않는 장점이 있다.
