Heating apparatus for defrosting of ship ladder
The present invention relates to a heating apparatus to defrost a ship′s helideck. According to the present invention, the heating apparatus to defrost the ship′s helideck comprises a surface heating film installed on a surface of the ship′s helideck. The surface heating film comprises: a heat-generating layer to generate heat to prevent freezing and to remove frost from the surface of the helideck; and an insulation layer respectively piled up on both sides of the heat-generating layer for insulation of electricity. The heat-generating layer comprises: a plurality of heat-generating units placed in parallel at regular intervals to generate heat; and an electrode unit connected to both ends of the plurality of heat-generating units to apply power. According to the present invention, the present invention is able to prevent freezing and remove frost from a helideck of a ship navigating at subzero temperatures such as in the polar regions and simultaneously to minimize damage by passengers and escape from the helideck surface.
본 발명에 의한 선박 헬리데크 제상용 히팅 장치은, 선박의 헬리데크 표면에 설치되는 면상발열필름를 포함하고, 상기 면상발열필름은, 상기 헬리데크의 표면에 결빙 방지 및 성에 제거를 위하여 열을 발생시키는 발열층과, 전기 절연을 위하여 상기 발열층의 양면에 각각 적층되는 절연층을 포함하며, 상기 발열층은, 일정한 간격을 두고 나란하게 배치되어, 열을 발생시키는 복수개의 발열부와, 상기 복수개의 발열부 양단에 연결되어 전원을 인가하는 전극부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 극지방과 같이 영하의 온도 환경에서 운항하는 선박의 헬리데크에 대한 결빙 방지 및 성에 제거가 가능한 이점이 있고, 선박의 헬리데크에 대한 결빙 방지 및 성에 제거와 동시에, 승선인원에 의한 손상 및 헬리데크 표면으로부터 이탈하는 현상 등이 최소화될 수 있는 이점이 있다.
