MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIGHTWEIGHT FIREPROOF INSULATING BLOCK
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lightweight fireproof heat-insulating block, comprising the steps of: manufacturing a first mixture by mixing a foamed polystyrene bead, fumed silica, a surfactant, and a solvent; manufacturing a second mixture by mixing the first mixture with cement; manufacturing a block by injecting the second mixture into a mold and curing the same; and separating the cured block from the mold. The lightweight fireproof heat-insulating block of the present invention is excellent in incombustibility, heat resistance, and fire resistance due to low heat conductivity, and is also excellent in compressive strength, absorptivity, and sound attenuation properties, so that the block can be applied to various parts such as inner and outer walls, fire partitions, wall bodies, and cavity walls.
본 발명은 경량 내화 단열 블록의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 발포 폴리스티렌 비드, 흄드 실리카, 계면활성제 및 용매를 혼합하여 제1 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 제1 혼합물에 시멘트를 혼합하여 제2 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 제2 혼합물을 형틀에 주입하고 양생하여 블록을 제조하는 단계, 양생된 블록을 형틀에서 분리하는 단계를 포함하여 제조되며, 불연성, 열 저항성이 높으며 열전도율이 낮아 내화성이 우수하며, 압축강도, 흡수율, 음향 감쇄 특성이 우수하여 건축물의 내외벽, 방화구획, 벽체, 이중벽 등의 다양한 부분에 범용적으로 활용할 수 있는 것이다.
