The present invention relates to a wet and dry circular cutter having a cyclone dust collector, which environmentally collects foreign matters including dust generated when cutting a road surface, and also prevents scattering of dust, noise, scattering of water or the like, generated when cutting a road surface, thereby improving a working environment for an operator, relieving inconvenience of surrounding residents, and improving mobility and workability. The wet and dry circular cutter having a cyclone dust collector comprises: a center support part including an electromagnet; a rotary part; a connection member having the variable length; a movement part; a cutting part; a body part for dust collection in a cyclonic manner; a dust collection container; a dust collection unit; and a center support part moving part. Even if a road surface cutting work is performed by a dry or wet method, it is possible to reduce the foreign matters such as dust and noise generated when performing the road surface cutting work, it is possible to efficiently collect the foreign matters such as dust generated when performing the road surface cutting work by a dry or wet method, and mobility can be improved before and after the road surface cutting work.
본 발명은 노면 절단시 발생하는 분진을 포함한 이물질을 친환경적으로 집진함은 물론, 노면 절단시 발생하는 분진의 비산, 소음, 물의 비산 등을 방지하여 작업자의 환경 개선 및 주변 주민들의 불편함을 해소하고 이동성 및 작업성을 개선할 수 있는 사이클론 집진기가 포함된 건식 및 습식 원형 절단기에 관한 것으로, 전자석이 포함된 센터 지지부, 회전부, 길이 가변이 가능한 연결부재, 이동부, 컷팅부 및 사이클론 방식의 집진을 위한 몸체부, 집진통, 집진유닛 및 센터 지지부 이동부로 이루어져 있어, 건식 또는 습식방식으로 노면 절단작업이 이루어지더라도 노면 절단 작업시 발생하는 분진과 같은 이물질 및 소음을 줄일 수 있고, 건식 또는 습식방식으로 노면을 절단하는 작업시 발생하는 분진과 같은 이물질을 효율적으로 포집할 수 있으며, 노면 절단 작업 전 및 작업 후에 이동성을 향상시킬 수 있는 사이클론 집진기가 포함된 건식 및 습식 원형 절단기를 제공한다.
