Water Permeability Sidewalk-Block Using Eco-Friendly Material Mixtures and Draining System having thesame
The present invention relates to a water permeable sidewalk block using eco-friendly mixed materials, and a draining system having the same. According to the present invention, a base layer, which forms a body and is disposed on the bottom of the sidewalk-block and a surface layer, which is positioned on an upper side of the sidewalk block to be exposed to the outside in the case of rain, are sequentially laminated in the sidewalk block. The water permeable sidewalk block may comprises: a surface layer block having a first through hole formed at the center; a base layer block having a second through hole disposed at the center and formed by mixing recycled aggregate and eco-friendly resin, wherein the second through hole corresponds to and is communicated with the first through hole of the surface layer block. Accordingly, the water permeable sidewalk-block comprises: the surface layer block formed by a synthetic wood material or crushed stone aggregate; and the base layer block formed by mixing the recycled aggregate and the eco-friendly resin. The through hole is formed respectively at the centers of the surface layer block and the base layer block, such that a coupling member with a permeable hole can be respectively inserted into the centers of the surface layer block and the base layer block. The surface layer block and the base layer block can be separated from and coupled to each other and can be integrally formed by using the coupling member, such that the surface layer block and the base layer block can be coupled and reused after being separated in the case that the permeable hole is blocked. Thus, it is possible to continuously provide a water permeable function.
본 발명은 친환경 혼합자재를 이용한 투수성 보도블럭 및 이를 구비한 배수처리시스템에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 친환경 혼합자재를 이용한 투수성 보도블럭은, 몸체를 구성하며 보도면의 바닥에 위치하는 기층 및 우천시 외부에 노출되게 상기 보도면의 상부에 위치하는 표층이 차례대로 적층되게 성형된 보도블럭에 있어서, 중심부에 제 1 관통홀이 형성되는 표층블럭; 및 상기 표층블럭의 제 1 관통홀에 대응되어 연통되는 제 2 관통홀을 중심부에 구비하며 재활용 골재와 친환경수지를 혼합하여 형성되는 기층블럭;을 구비할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은, 합성목재 또는 쇄석골재로 형성되는 표층블럭과 재활용 골재와 친환경수지를 혼합하여 형성되는 기층블럭을 구비하고, 상기 표층블럭과 기층블럭의 각 중심부에 투수공이 형성된 결합부재를 삽입이 가능하도록 관통홀을 형성시키며, 상기 표층블럭과 기층블럭을 상호간에 서로 분리결합이 가능하면서 결합부재를 이용해 일체로 형성함으로써 투수공이 막힐 경우 분리 후 결합하여 재사용할 수 있어 지속적인 투수기능을 제공할 수 있는 친환경 혼합자재를 이용한 투수성 보도블럭 및 이를 구비한 배수처리시스템을 제공하는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a water permeable sidewalk block using eco-friendly mixed materials, and a draining system having the same.
