- CEMENT CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND CEMENT MORTAR COMPOSITION FOR MODIFYING BY CHLOROPRENE MIXED STYRENE-BUTADIENE-RUBBER SBR LATEX MODIFIER AND CONCRETE PAVEMENT MAINTAINING METHOD AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE MAINTAINING METHOD USING THE SAME
Provided are a cement concrete composition and a cement mortar composition modified with a chloroprene mixed SBR latex modifier, in which adhesion performance by chloroprene can be improved, and durability can be improved by mixing chloroprene, used in automotive parts and functional oils, with styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and using the mixture as a modifier for cement mortar and cement concrete, and accordingly, the mixture can be suitably used as a maintenance material for concrete pavement and concrete structure, and a part of the amount of the SBR latex used as the synthetic rubber latex is replaced with chloroprene to improve the engineering properties and durability of the cement concrete and cement mortar; a method for repairing concrete pavement using the same; and a method for repairing the concrete structure.
자동차 부품 및 기능성 유류 등에 사용되는 클로로프렌을 합성고무라텍스인 스티렌-부타디엔고무(SBR)와 혼합하여 시멘트 몰탈 및 시멘트 콘크리트의 개질제로 사용함으로써 클로로프렌에 의한 부착 성능을 개선하고 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 이에 따라 콘크리트 포장 및 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 재료로 적합하게 사용할 수 있고, 또한, 합성고무라텍스인 SBR 라텍스 사용량의 일부를 클로로프렌으로 대체하여, 시멘트 콘크리트 및 시멘트 몰탈의 공학적 특성과 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는, 클로로프렌 혼합 SBR 라텍스 개질제로 개질된 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물과 시멘트 몰탈 조성물, 및 이를 사용한 콘크리트 포장 보수방법 및 콘크리트 구조물 보수방법이 제공된다.
