A pointing material of the present invention comprises: an inner skin part having a bar-shape having a predetermined length in a longitudinal direction to be cut out according to the length of a transverse bar or vertical bar to be used; and an outer skin part coated on the inner skin part to cover the outer surface of the inner skin part to form a predetermined thickness and made of a material having softness, formability, fire resistance and heat resistance. The pointing method comprises: a pointing material selection step of selecting a kind of a required pointing material by checking each section of a transverse bar and vertical bar of a window frame; a point material preparing step of calculating the required length of each kind of pointing material in accordance with the lengths of the transverse bar and vertical bar to prepare a predetermined length of each kind of pointing material; a pointing material cutting step of cutting out pointing materials having each shape according to each kind and length of the transverse bar and vertical bar; a pointing material-1/2 cutting step of cutting out each pointing material, which has been cut according to the lengths of the transverse bar and vertical bar, into two divided 1/2 parts to be easily inserted into the transverse bar and vertical bar; a pointing material insertion step of inserting a pointing material into one side of each of the transverse bar and vertical bar and then, inserting a pointing material into the other side of each of the transverse bar and vertical bar; and a pointing finishing step of checking whether the pointing material has been completely inserted and cutting out the pointing material with the remaining length. The present invention allows low costs for manufacturing and installing a window and door.

본 발명의 사춤재는 창틀 프레임의 단면이 이루는 형태에 대응하여 내측에 삽입할 수 있도록 단면이 직사각형, 정사각형, 원형, 사다리형, 마름모형 중 어느 하나의 형태를 가지고, 상기 가로바 또는 세로바의 길이에 따라 절단하여 사용할 수 있도록 길이 방향으로 일정 길이를 가지는 바(Bar) 형상인 내피부와; 상기 내피부에 코팅되어 상기 내피부의 외부면을 일정 두께로 감싸며, 재질이 서로 상이한 상기 내피부와의 코팅 결합 시 균열을 방지하기 위해 연질성과 기포성을 가지며, 상기 내피부의 내화성과 내열성을 증가시키기 위해 내화성과 내열성을 갖는 재질로 된 외피부로 구성되고, 상기 사춤방법은 상기 창틀 프레임의 가로바와 세로바의 단면을 확인하여 필요 사춤재의 종류를 선택하는 사춤재 선택단계와; 상기 가로바와 세로바의 길이에 따른 사춤재 종류별로 각각 필요한 길이를 계산하여 종류별로 일정 길이를 준비하는 사춤재 준비단계와; 각각 모양의 사춤재를 상기 가로바와 세로바의 종류별 길이별로 절단하여 사춤재를 재단하는 사춤재 재단단계와; 상기 가로바와 세로바의 길이에 따라 재단된 사춤재를 상기 가로바와 세로바의 내부로 삽입하기 쉽게 1/2로 절단하여 2개로 분리시키는 사춤재 1/2 절단단계와; 상기 가로바와 세로바의 일측 내부로 사춤재를 삽입한 후 타측 내부로 사춤재를 삽입하는 사춤재 삽입단계와; 사춤재가 완전히 삽입되었는지 확인하고 남은 길이는 절단하는 사춤마무리단계로 구성된다.본 발명의 창호용 사춤재, 사춤재가 삽입된 창호 및 이의 사춤방법에 따르면 사춤재가 압축 EPS에 기포몰탈을 코팅한 것이므로 중량감을 일반 습식사춤보다 약 70% 감소시킨 경량이고, 절단성 및 가공성이 간편하며 건식작업이 가능하여 취부가 용이하고, 창틀 프레임에 사춤재를 삽입하여 단열, 차음, 방화, 결로방지 및 수밀성 충족할 수 있는 창호를 제공할 수 있어 창호 제작비 및 창호 설치비가 저렴하다.
