Retaining Wall and Constructing Method thereof
The present invention relates to a construction method of an overlapped column-type wall and the overlapped column-type wall constructed thereby. A column-type wall in which each secondary pile is continuously formed between a plurality of primary piles is constructed by placing a concrete composition for a primary pile in a primary ground hole, forming a secondary ground hole to make the primary ground hole and an edge overlap each other, and placing a filling material in the secondary ground hole. Excellent water blocking performance is exhibited by a water blocking plate by installing a reinforcing bar assembly having the water blocking plate in the secondary ground hole and arranging the water blocking plate over the primary and secondary piles. In the process of perforating the secondary ground hole for the construction of the secondary pile, it is possible to fundamentally prevent the damage to boring equipment or the damage to the primary pile itself by constructing the primary pile with a concrete composition containing a hardening retardant with the optimum content and constructing the secondary pile in the form of overlapping the primary pile before the concrete composition constituting the primary pile reaches an initial state. Furthermore, it is possible to effectively prevent the deterioration of the water blocking performance due to the occurrence of cold joint by actually integrating the primary pile and the secondary pile.
본 발명은 1차 지반공에 1차 말뚝을 위한 콘크리트 조성물을 타설하고 1차 지중공과 테두리가 서로 중첩되게 2차 지반공을 형성하고 2차 지반공에 충진재를 타설함으로써 복수개의 1차 말뚝 사이에 각각 2차 말뚝이 연속 형성되어 있는 형태의 주열식 벽체를 구축하되, 차수판을 구비한 보강철근 조립체를 2차 지반공에 설치하며, 차수판이 1,2차 말뚝에 걸쳐서 배치되도록 함으로써, 차수판에 의해 우수한 차수 성능을 발휘하게 되고, 더 나아가 최적 함유량의 경화지연제를 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물을 이용하여 1차 말뚝을 구축하고, 1차 말뚝을 이루는 콘크리트 조성물이 초결상태에 이르기 전에 1차 말뚝과 겹치는 형태로 2차 말뚝을 구축함으로써, 2차 말뚝의 시공을 위한 2차 지반공의 천공 과정에서 천공장비의 손상이나 1차 말뚝 자체의 손상을 원천적으로 방지할 수 있으며, 더 나아가 1차 말뚝과 2차 말뚝 간의 실질적인 일체화를 구현하게 되어 콜드 조인트의 발생으로 인한 차수 성능의 저하도 효과적으로 방지할 수 있게 되는 겹침형 주열식 벽체의 시공방법과, 이에 의해 구축된 겹침형 주열식 벽체에 관한 것이다.
