PHC PHC PILE REINFORCED WITH INNER PIPE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a PHC pile manufactured to be reinforced with an inner steel pipe and a constructing method thereof. According to the present invention, a PHC pile near the ground surface is combined with the PHC pile with an inner steel pipe and a spiral band reinforcing bar, so that a structure is simple and can be quickly installed on site. The PHC pile comprises: the inner steel pipe inserted into a hollow unit (S1) of a PHC pile main body; a vertical plate shear connection member formed in a shape of a vertical plate extending in the longitudinal direction of the inner steel pipe and spaced apart from the outer circumferential surface of the inner steel pipe and having a front end groove formed on the upper surface thereof; and a reinforcing bar provided so as to spirally surround the inner steel pipe while being inserted into the front end groove. The PHC pile main body and the inner steel pipe are integrated by the vertical plate shear connection member and synthetic concrete (C1) formed so as to fill an inner space (S2) between the inner steel pipe and the PHC pile main body.
지표면 근처의 PHC 파일은 내부강관과 나선형 띠철근으로 PHC파일과 합성시켜 구조가 간단하면서도 현장에서 신속하게 시공할 수 있는 내부강관으로 보강되도록 제작된 PHC파일 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 PHC파일은 PHC 파일본체의 중공부(S1)에 삽입된 내부강관; 상기 내부강관의 길이방향으로 연장되어 돌출된 수직판 형태로서 서로 내부강관 외주면에서 이격되어 형성되며 상면에는 전단홈이 형성된 수직판전단연결재; 및 상기 전단홈에 삽입시키면서 내부강관을 나선형으로 감싸도록 설치된 띠철근;을 포함하며, 상기 내부강관과 PHC 파일본체 사이에 수직판전단연결재와 띠철근이 내부공간(S2)에 충전되도록 형성된 합성콘크리트(C1)에 의하여 상기 PHC 파일본체와 내부강관이 일체화되도록 하게 된다.
