PRECAST CONCRETE ASSEMBLED RETAINING WALL BLOCK
The present invention relates to a prefabricated retaining wall block of precast concrete, comprising: a bottom member installed on a ground or a foundation; a vertical member vertically engaged to a top surface of the bottom member to support rear soil from a front side; and a support member engaged to a rear side of the vertical member to support the vertical member, a lower portion of the support member being fixed to the top surface of the bottom member by a fixing member. The fixing member has a first fixing plate fixed to the top surface of the bottom plate and formed with a plurality of first through-holes, a second fixing plate being brought into contact with the top surface of the first fixing plate and formed with a plurality of a plurality of second through-holes at positions corresponding to the first through-holes, and a fixing bolt penetrating the first and second through-holes to fix the first and second fixing plates, and a support member is firmly connected to each other by an engaging member and a fixing member to stably support earth pressure of soil to be supported. The bottom member, vertical member and the support member are firmly engaged to each other by the engaging member and the fixing member to secure sufficient strength and support power, so that it is possible to stably support pressure applied from the rear soil, thereby preventing accident caused by solid collapse.
본 발명은 플레이트 형상으로 지반 또는 기초에 설치되는 바닥부재, 바닥부재의 상면에 수직한 방향으로 세워져 결합되며, 전방으로 배후토사를 지지하는 수직부재 및 수직부재의 후방에 결합 고정되어 수직부재를 지지하고, 고정수단을 통하여 하부가 바닥부재의 상면에 고정 결합되는 지지부재를 포함하되, 고정수단은 플레이트 형상으로 바닥부재의 상면에 고정 결합되고 복수개의 제1관통홀이 형성된 제1고정플레이트와, 플레이트 형상으로 상면이 지지부재의 하면에 고정 결합되며, 하면이 제1고정플레이트의 상면에 대면 접촉하고 제1관통홀과 대응되는 위치에 복수개의 제2관통홀이 형성된 제2고정플레이트와, 제1관통홀과 제2관통홀에 관통체결되어 제1고정플레이트와 제2고정플레이트를 서로 고정 결합시키는 고정볼트를 포함하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조립식 옹벽블록을 제공한다. 또한 바닥부재, 수직부재 및 지지부재가 결합수단과 고정수단을 통하여 구조적으로 매우 견고하여 서로 충분한 강성 및 지지력을 확보하도록 형성되어 배후토사의 토압에 대하여 안정적으로 지지함으로써 토사붕괴로 인한 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있다.
