The present invention relates to an external finishing material for a building used for finishing an indoor wall surface as well as a roof or an external wall surface of a building, providing an external finishing material having functionality, such as low-cost production, convenient constructability, provision of excellent waterproofness and exterior improvement in a scale-typed roof construction state, or the like. According to the present invention, the external finishing material is formed by extrusion to include: a first coupling part having a fixated piece formed on one side to be fixated to a building by a fixation member when viewed from a cross sectional view, and having a first locking space formed to an upper side and opened to an opposite side to the fixated piece; a body gradually and upwardly inclined from the first coupling part; and a second coupling part formed in a top of the body and having a second locking space formed on a lower side and opened to the fixated piece. The first coupling part includes: a first vertical piece formed on an upper side of an earth piece; a first horizontal piece formed in a top of the first vertical piece; and a first locking protrusion downwardly protruding towards the earth piece from the first horizontal piece to form the first locking space. The second coupling part includes: a second vertical piece formed on a lower side opposite to the body in a horizontal guide piece integrally formed with the body; a second horizontal piece formed in a bottom of the second vertical piece; and a second locking protrusion upwardly protruding towards the horizontal guide piece from the second horizontal piece to form the second locking space.
본 발명은 건축물의 지붕이나 외부 벽면은 물론이고 실내의 벽면 마감용으로 사용하는 건축용 외부 마감재에 관한 것으로서, 염가 생산, 간편한 시공성, 비늘타입으로 지붕시공 상태에서의 우수한 방수성 제공, 외관성 개선 등의 기능성을 갖는 건축용 외부 마감재를 제공코자 하는 것으로, 단면으로 볼 때 건축물에 고정부재로 고정하는 고정편이 일측으로 형성되며, 상측으로 고정편과 반대쪽으로 개구된 제1걸림공간이 형성되는 제1결합부와; 제1결합부에서 점차적으로 상향 경사지게 형성되는 몸체와; 몸체의 상단에 형성되며, 하측에 고정편 쪽으로 개구된 제2걸림공간이 형성되는 제2결합부를 포함하도록 건축용 외부 마감재를 압출하여 구성하되; 상기 제1결합부는 접지편의 상측으로 형성된 제1수직편과, 제1수직편의 상단에 형성한 제1수평편 및 제1수평편에서 접지편 쪽으로 하향 돌출되어 제1걸림공간을 형성하는 제1걸림돌기를 포함하며; 제2결합부는 몸체와 일체 형성된 수평유도편에 몸체와 반대쪽 하측으로 형성된 제2수직편과, 제2수직편의 하단에 형성한 제2수평편 및 제2수평편에서 수평유도편 쪽으로 상향 돌출되어 제2걸림공간을 형성하는 제2걸림돌기를 포함하도록 한 것이다.

The present invention relates to an external finishing material for a building used for finishing an indoor wall surface as well as a roof or an external wall surface of a building, providing an external finishing material having functionality, such as low-cost production, convenient constructability, provision of excellent waterproofness and exterior improvement in a scale-typed roof construction state, or the like. The second coupling part includes: a second vertical piece formed on a lower side opposite to the body in a horizontal guide piece integrally formed with the body; a second horizontal piece formed in a bottom of the second vertical piece; and a second locking protrusion upwardly protruding towards the horizontal guide piece from the second horizontal piece to form the second locking space.
