WINDOW FRAME HAVING IMPROVED INSULATION SAFETY FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a window and a door having improved thermal insulation performance and safety. According to the present invention, the window and the door with the improved thermal insulation performance and the safety include: a first body unit connected to glass and connected while accommodating the glass; an elastic insulation member connected to the first body unit; and a second body unit connected to the outside of the elastic insulation member and the first body unit while enclosing the elastic insulation member. The first body unit and the second body unit are formed of a metal material. The elastic insulation member is formed of a synthetic resin material. A space for blocking thermal transfer from the elastic insulation member and the second body unit is formed in the first body unit. An end connected to the first body unit in the glass is connected and installed to protrude to the space. A space for shock absorption and thermal transfer prevention is formed between the second body unit and the elastic insulation member or in the elastic insulation member. According to the present invention, the window and the door having the improved thermal insulation performance and the safety can improve cooling and heating efficiency of a building by minimizing the thermal transfer through the window and the door. Also, an exterior component composing the window and the door has elasticity. So, the window and the door can prevent injury when a human body collides with the window and the door. Also, the window and the door can prevent noise transfer and inflow of contaminated air by preventing the indoor and outdoor air from flowing through the window and the door.
본 발명에 따른 단열성능과 안전성이 개선된 창호는 유리에 접하여 상기 유리를 수용하면서 결합되는 제 1 몸체부와, 상기 제 1 몸체부에 결합되는 탄성단열부재와, 상기 탄성단열부재를 감싸면서 상기 제 1 몸체부와 탄성단열부재의 외부에 결합되는 제 2 몸체부를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 몸체부와 제 2 몸체부는 금속재로 형성되고, 상기 탄성단열부재는 합성수지재로 형성되되, 상기 제 1 몸체부에는 상기 제 2 몸체부와 탄성단열부재로부터의 열전달을 차단하기 위한 공간이 형성되어, 상기 유리에서 상기 제 1 몸체부에 결합되는 단부가 상기 공간으로 돌출되도록 결합 설치되고, 상기 탄성단열부재 내부 또는 상기 탄성단열부재와 제 2 몸체부 사이에는 열전달방지 및 충격 완충을 위한 공간이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의해, 창호를 통한 열전달을 최소화하여 건물의 냉난방 효율을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 창호를 구성하는 외장 구성이 탄력성을 갖도록 구성됨으로써, 신체와 부딪히는 경우 부상을 방지할 수 있으며, 창호를 통한 실내외 공기 유동을 방지하여 오염공기 유입 및 소음 전달을 방지할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a window and a door having improved thermal insulation performance and safety. According to the present invention, the window and the door with the improved thermal insulation performance and the safety include: a first body unit connected to glass and connected while accommodating the glass; an elastic insulation member connected to the first body unit; and a second body unit connected to the outside of the elastic insulation member and the first body unit while enclosing the elastic insulation member. The first body unit and the second body unit are formed of a metal material. The elastic insulation member is formed of a synthetic resin material. A space for blocking thermal transfer from the elastic insulation member and the second body unit is formed in the first body unit. An end connected to the first body unit in the glass is connected and installed to protrude to the space. A space for shock absorption and thermal transfer prevention is formed between the second body unit and the elastic insulation member or in the elastic insulation member. According to the present invention, the window and the door having the improved thermal insulation performance and the safety can improve cooling and heating efficiency of a building by minimizing the thermal transfer through the window and the door. Also, an exterior component composing the window and the door has elasticity. So, the window and the door can prevent injury when a human body collides with the window and the door.
