Thermal Barrier Paint Composition for Reducing Heat Island and Construction Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a thermal barrier paint composition and a construction method using the same. In particular, the thermal barrier paint composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a water-soluble acryl resin: 10-40 parts by weight of glass beads; 10-40 parts by weight of hollow ceramic; 2-15 parts by weight of a dispersant; 5-20 parts by weight of a thickener; 10-30 parts by weight of a curing agent; 5-30 parts by weight of re-emulsifiable polymer powder; 0.1-10 parts by weight of octyltriethoxysilane; 5-20 parts by weight of an anionic emulsifier; 1-10 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter; 1-10 parts by weight of a reactive diluent; 3-15 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 1-10 parts by weight of an antistripping agent; and 1-10 parts by weight of an antiozonant. The thermal barrier paint composition according to the present invention shows excellent adhesion; has high durability for reflecting and dispersing and/or scattering lights i.e., ultraviolet rays and/or infrared rays, irradiated to the applied paint; and reduces heat transferred to a structure or paved surface on which the paint has been applied to prevent the surface temperature from rising.
본 발명은 수용성 아크릴 수지 100중량부 기준으로, 글라스 비드 10 내지 40중량부; 중공세라믹 10 내지 40중량부; 분산제 2 내지 15중량부; 증점제 5 내지 20중량부; 경화제 10 내지 30중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 중량부 5 내지 30: 옥틸트리에톡시실란 0.1 내지 10중량부; 음이온 유화제 5 내지 20중량부; 부착증진제 중량부 1 내지 10중량부; 반응성 희석제 중량부 1 내지 10중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부; 박리방지제 중량부 1 내지 10중량부; 및 오존 열화방지제 1 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 차열도료 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 차열도료 조성물은 접착력이 우수하고, 도포된 도료에 조사되는 자외선 및/또는 적외선 등의 빛을 반사, 분산 및/또는 산란시켜 내구성이 높을 뿐만 아니라, 도료가 적용되는 구조물 및/또는 포장면에 전달되는 열을 감소시켜 표면온도가 상승하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한다.
