The present invention relates to an arch type prefabricated tunnel type soundproof wall having waterproof function, comprising: a lower bar assembled on a lower side of a transparent plate; an upper bar assembled on an upper side of the transparent plate; and a middle bar positioned between the lower bar and the upper bar and being assembled to the lower bar and the upper bar. The lower bar includes a lower bar eaves unit protruded from an upper side by the predetermined length in the middle bar direction. Wherein the middle bar includes: a middle bar seating unit formed in a shape of a pit on one side of the upper unit so that the lower bar eaves unit can be seated; and a middle bar eaves unit protruded from the upper side by the predetermined length in the upper bar direction. The upper bar includes an upper bar seating unit formed depressions on an upper side of the upper bar so that the middle bar eaves unit can be seated.
