MOLD FOR RETAINING WALL AND RETAINING WALL MANUFACTURED THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a mold for a retaining wall for manufacturing a precast retaining wall segment including a wall and, more specifically, to the mold for a retaining wall capable of adjusting the height of an upper end of a wall and forming the upper end of the wall in a polygonal shape and capable of manufacturing a more effective retaining wall segment by allowing the width of a bottom plate to be adjusted. In a mold (A0) for a retaining wall for manufacturing an L-shaped counterfort retaining wall, a bottom plate (B1) is formed at an upper part of the mold for a retaining wall by concrete poured into the mold for a retaining wall while the mold (A01) for a bottom plate is placed on an upper part of a mold (A02) for a wall. A wall upper end additional mold is further installed at a lower end of the mold (A02) for a wall so that a wall finishing plate is set to be supported on a floor (G) in upward, downward, and inclined manners to change the height and a shape of an upper end of a wall (B2).
벽체를 포함하는 프리캐스트 옹벽 세그먼트를 제작하기 위한 옹벽용 몰드에 관한 것으로서, 특히 벽체의 상단부 높이 조정 및 다각 형태로 제작이 가능하며, 저판의 폭을 조정할 수 있도록 하여 보다 효과적인 옹벽세그먼트 제작이 가능한 옹벽용 몰드에 관한 것으로서, 상기 옹벽용 몰드는 벽체용 거푸집(A02) 상부에 저판용 거푸집(A01)을 위치시킨 상태에서 내부에 타설되는 콘크리트에 의하여 저판(B1)이 상부에서 성형되는 L형 부벽식옹벽 제작용 옹벽용몰드(A0)에 있어서, 상기 벽체용 거푸집(A02)의 하단부에 벽체(B2)의 상단부 높이와 형태를 변경하기 위하여 벽체마감판이 상,하 및 경사지게 바닥(G)에 지지되도록 세팅되도록 하는 벽체상단부 추가몰드가 더 설치하게 된다.
