The present invention relates to a balcony balustrade of an apartment house, which comprises: a fixing balustrade; an outdoor unit installation rod rotationally installed in the fixing balustrade; a clothes dryer; a first rotation means and a second rotation means; and a first fixing means and a second fixing means. Moreover, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is safely, quickly, and conveniently installed, and clothes receive enough sunlight to be quickly dried and sterilized without a bad smell.
본 발명은 공동주택의 발코니 난간대에 관한 것으로, 고정난간대, 고정난간대에 회동 가능하게 설치되는 실외기설치대와 빨대건조대와, 제1 및 제2회전수단과 제1 및 제2고정수단을 구비하여 발코니의 난간을 구성함과 아울러 에어컨 실외기를 안전하고 신속, 간편하게 설치할 수 있도록 하고, 빨래가 햇빛을 충분히 받아 신속하게 건조 및 살균되고 악취가 발생하는 일이 없게 되도록 한 것이다.
