METHOD FOR INSTALLING LEADER AND BUCK STAY OF PILE DRIVER IN A STANDING MANNER
Provided is a method of standing a leader and a buck stay of a pile driver. The present invention forms a buck stay (22) by connecting an upper stay member (22a) and a lower stay member (22b) by a connection stay (29) and sequentially performs a preliminary assembly step of assembling the upper stay member and the lower stay member with a fallen leader (15) and fixing the connection stay connecting a first reinforcement link member (32) and a second reinforcement link member (33) to the leader when assembling a pile driver (11) provided with the first reinforcement link member (32) and the second reinforcement link member (33), a stay connection step of connecting the upper stay member and the lower stay member to the connection stay, a link member connection step of unfixing the connection stay and the leader and suspending the connection stay to connect the first reinforcement link member and the second reinforcement link member to the leader, and a stay cylinder connection step of connecting a stay cylinder (21) to a base machine (12) while suspending the leader and the buck stay. According to the present invention, buckling strength of the buck stay and workability are improved.
