The present invention relates to a safe house system and a safe house operation method, comprising: a residential space where a resident usually resides; and a safe space disposed at a basement of the residential space such that the resident is able to safely evacuate and live in case of disaster or emergency situations. According to the present invention, the safe space is provided at the basement of the residential space where the resident lives such that the resident is able to quickly evacuate in case of disaster or emergency situations.
본 발명은 평상시 거주자가 거주하는 거주공간; 및 상기 거주공간의 지하에 배치되어 재난 또는 비상상황에 거주자가 안전하게 대피하여 생활할 수 있는 안전공간을 포함하는 안전가옥 시스템 및 안전가옥 운용 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면 거주자가 거주하는 거주공간의 지하에 안전공간을 구비하여 재난 또는 비상상황 시 거주자가 신속하게 대피할 수 있다.
