[과제] 좌우의 지주에 마주 보도록 레일 홈을 각각 형성하고, 레일 홈 내에 좌우이동 가능하게 이너 레일을 수납하고, 조출된 시트의 좌우단측을 승강 안내하는 계합 가이드를 각 이너 레일에 마련하고, 이너 레일을 좌우 외측으로 가세하는 가세 부재를 마련하고, 이너 레일을 원활히 좌우이동시킴과 함께, 가세 부재의 마모가 억제된 시트 셔터를 제공한다. [해결수단] 본 발명은, 좌우의 지주(3, 3)에 레일 홈(14c)을 갖는 아우터 레일(14)을 각각 마련하고, 그 한 쌍의 각 레일 홈(14c) 내에 좌우이동 가능하게 이너 레일(16)을 수납 지지하고, 노출된 시트(2)의 좌우의 단측을 좌우이동이 규제된 상태로 승강 안내하는 계합 가이드(21)를, 그 좌우의 이너 레일(16, 16)에 각각 형성하고, 이너 레일(16)을 좌우 외측으로 가세하는 가세 부재(26)를 레일 홈(14c) 내에 마련함에 있어서, 레일 홈(14c) 내를 전후로 구획하는 탄성 시트부(29)를 가세 부재(26)에 마련한다.
