FOAM SHELL BOARD MANUFACTURING METHOD AND FOAM SHELL BOARD
The present invention relates to a foam shell board and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing the foam shell board having a reinforcing panel arranged between upper and lower sheets. The foam shell board manufacturing method includes: an extruded panel extruding step of manufacturing an extruded panel, which is formed by a synthetic resin material melted in an extruder and has two support pieces between vertical strip panels on both sides, vertical reinforcing pieces between the support pieces, and hollow units repeatedly arranged in the longitudinal direction as well as cooling the extruded panel in a horizontal direction to manufacture the reinforcing panel; an extruded panel cutting step of using a cutting unit to cut the upper and lower parts of the extruded panel individually in a zigzag pattern; a reinforcing panel manufacturing step of folding the extruded panel, which has the upper and lower parts cut in in a zigzag pattern, by using a folding unit and manufacturing the reinforcing panel having the vertical strip panels on both sides arranged in vertical directions while being in the shape of a flat plate; a foam shell board manufacturing step of attaching upper and lower sheets to the upper and lower parts of the reinforcing panel to manufacture a foam shell board; and a foam shell board cutting step of cutting the foam shell board by using a cutter in a predetermined length.
이 건 발명은 폼쉘보드 제조방법 및 폼쉘보드에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 이 건 발명은 상부시트와 하부시트 사이에 보강패널이 구비되어지는 폼쉘보드 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 폼쉘보드는 압출기에서 합성수지재가 용융되어 일측 띠 수직패널과 타측 띠 수직패널 사이로 2개의 지지편이 구비되고, 상기 지지편의 사이에 수직보강편이 구비되어 중공부가 길이방향으로 반복되게 배열된 상태로 형성되어 수평형태로 압출되어 냉각되어짐으로서 보강패널이 제조되어지기 위한 압출패널이 구비되어지는 압출패널 압출단계와; 상기 압출패널은 절취부에 의하여 상부와 하부가 각각 지그재그형태로 절취되는 압출패널 절취단계와; 상기 상부와 하부가 지그재그형태로 절취된 압출패널이 절첩부에 의하여 절곡된 후 일측 띠 수직패널과 타측 띠 수직패널이 수직되게 배열된 평판형태를 갖는 보강패널이 구비되는 보강패널 제조단계와; 상기 보강패널의 상부와 하부에 각각 상부시트와 하부시트가 접착되어 폼쉘보드가 제조되는 폼쉘보드 제조단계; 및 상기 폼쉘보드가 절단기에 의하여 일정 길이를 갖도록 절단되는 폼셀보드 절단단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a foam shell board and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing the foam shell board having a reinforcing panel arranged between upper and lower sheets. The foam shell board manufacturing method includes: an extruded panel extruding step of manufacturing an extruded panel, which is formed by a synthetic resin material melted in an extruder and has two support pieces between vertical strip panels on both sides, vertical reinforcing pieces between the support pieces, and hollow units repeatedly arranged in the longitudinal direction as well as cooling the extruded panel in a horizontal direction to manufacture the reinforcing panel; an extruded panel cutting step of using a cutting unit to cut the upper and lower parts of the extruded panel individually in a zigzag pattern; a reinforcing panel manufacturing step of folding the extruded panel, which has the upper and lower parts cut in in a zigzag pattern, by using a folding unit and manufacturing the reinforcing panel having the vertical strip panels on both sides arranged in vertical directions while being in the shape of a flat plate; a foam shell board manufacturing step of attaching upper and lower sheets to the upper and lower parts of the reinforcing panel to manufacture a foam shell board; and a foam shell board cutting step of cutting the foam shell board by using a cutter in a predetermined length.
이 건 발명은 폼쉘보드 제조방법 및 폼쉘보드에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 이 건 발명은 상부시트와 하부시트 사이에 보강패널이 구비되어지는 폼쉘보드 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 폼쉘보드는 압출기에서 합성수지재가 용융되어 일측 띠 수직패널과 타측 띠 수직패널 사이로 2개의 지지편이 구비되고, 상기 지지편의 사이에 수직보강편이 구비되어 중공부가 길이방향으로 반복되게 배열된 상태로 형성되어 수평형태로 압출되어 냉각되어짐으로서 보강패널이 제조되어지기 위한 압출패널이 구비되어지는 압출패널 압출단계와; 상기 압출패널은 절취부에 의하여 상부와 하부가 각각 지그재그형태로 절취되는 압출패널 절취단계와; 상기 상부와 하부가 지그재그형태로 절취된 압출패널이 절첩부에 의하여 절곡된 후 일측 띠 수직패널과 타측 띠 수직패널이 수직되게 배열된 평판형태를 갖는 보강패널이 구비되는 보강패널 제조단계와; 상기 보강패널의 상부와 하부에 각각 상부시트와 하부시트가 접착되어 폼쉘보드가 제조되는 폼쉘보드 제조단계; 및 상기 폼쉘보드가 절단기에 의하여 일정 길이를 갖도록 절단되는 폼셀보드 절단단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
