Catalyst apparatus for treating exhaust gas
Provided is a catalyst device for treating exhaust gas with a structure that enables convenient installation, exchange, and maintenance of a catalyst. The catalyst device for treating exhaust gas, comprises: an inner rail part disposed across the inside of a movement passage in which exhaust gas moves; an aperture part formed on one side of the movement passage in contact with a distal end of the inner rail part; an outer rail part disposed on the outside of the movement passage to be parallel with the inner rail part, and whose distal end coming in contact with the aperture part; a moving rail part which is connected between the inner rail part and the outer rail part by passing through the aperture, or is separated from at least any one of the inner rail part and the outer rail part and is detached between the inner rail part and the outer rail part; and an airtight door part which is intervened between the moving rail and selectively the inner rail part and the outer rail part, and is overlapped with the aperture part to seal the aperture part; and a plurality of catalyst modules which come in or out of the movement passage through the inner rail part, the moving rail part, and the outer rail part.
촉매의 설치교환 및 유지보수 등이 매우 편리한 구조의 배기가스 처리용 촉매장치가 제공된다. 배기가스 처리용 촉매장치는, 배기가스가 이동하는 이동통로의 내부를 가로질러 배치된 내측레일부, 내측레일부의 말단과 면하는 이동통로의 일 측에 형성된 개구부, 이동통로의 외부에 내측레일부와 평행하게 배치되고 말단이 개구부에 면하는 외측레일부, 내측레일부와 외측레일부의 사이에 개구부를 관통하여 연결되거나 내측레일부 및 외측레일부 중 적어도 어느 하나와 분리되며 내측레일부와 외측레일부 사이에서 이탈되는 무빙레일부, 무빙레일부와 선택적으로 내측레일부와 외측레일부의 사이에 개재되며 개구부에 중첩되어 개구부를 밀폐하는 기밀도어부, 및 내측레일부, 무빙레일부, 및 외측레일부를 통해서 이동통로의 내부 또는 외부로 입출되는 복수 개의 촉매모듈을 포함한다.
