FIRE DOOR WITH PREVENTING FUNCTION FOR FIRE SPREADING IN APARTMENT HOUSES
The present invention relates to a fire door with a fire spreading prevention function for an apartment building, capable of recovering and recycling fire water used for testing malfunction. According to the present invention, the fire door with a fire spreading prevention function comprises: a decompression valve to control the flow rate and pressure of fire water; a motor to adjust the decompression valve by rotational force generated in accordance with a control signal; a flowmeter to check a flow rate flowing into the decompression valve; a first pressure sensor to measure the pressure of the flow rate supplied to the decompression valve; a second pressure sensor to measure the pressure of the flow rate supplied to the decompression valve; a malfunction detection unit to determine fault of the decompression valve, the flowmeter, or the first or second pressure sensor; and a drain unit to recover fire water sprayed as a test is advanced, so as to circulate the recovered fire water.
본 발명은, 문틀의 외측부 및 내측부 중 어느 하나를 이루도록 벽체에 시공되는 제1프레임; 상기 문틀의 외측부 및 내측부 중 다른 하나를 이루도록 벽체에 시공되고, 상기 제1프레임과 간격을 유지하며 서로 대향되게 배치되는 제2프레임; 상기 제1프레임과 상기 제2프레임을 연결하는 불연패널; 상기 문틀에 회전 가능하게 삽입되고 상기 제1프레임과 상기 제2프레임을 지지하는 제1힌지축; 상기 문틀에 회전 가능하게 삽입되고 상기 제1프레임과 상기 제2프레임을 지지하는 제2힌지축; 상기 제1힌지축을 따라 상기 제1프레임과 상기 제2프레임 사이의 간격으로 삽입되고 열교환부를 이루는 제1공급관; 상기 제1공급관으로부터 상기 제1프레임 외측으로 연장되는 토출배관; 상기 제2힌지축을 따라 상기 제1프레임과 상기 제2프레임 사이의 간격으로 삽입되고 상기 제2프레임의 외측으로 연장되어 방화문 개방 상태에서 상기 문틀의 개구부에 워터커튼을 형성하도록 소방수를 분사시키는 제2공급관; 상기 제1공급관으로 공급되는 소방수를 상기 제2공급관으로 회수시키고, 상기 제2공급관으로 공급되는 소방수를 상기 제1공급관으로 회수시키는 회수부; 상기 제1공급관에 설치되고, 소방수의 유량 및 압력을 제어하는 감압밸브; 상기 감압밸브의 일측 면에 설치되며, 제어신호에 따라 발생된 회전력으로 상기 감압밸브를 조정하는 전동기; 상기 제1공급관에 설치되고, 상기 감압밸브로 흘러들어가는 유량을 확인할 수 있도록 하는 유량계; 상기 감압밸브와 상기 유량계 사이에 설치되고, 상기 감압밸브로 유입되는 유량의 압력을 측정하는 제1압력센서; 상기 감압밸브의 타측 면에 설치되고, 상기 감압밸브에서 토출되어지는 유량의 압력을 측정하는 제2압력센서; 상기 감압밸브, 상기 유량계, 상기 제1압력센서 또는 상기 제2압력센서 측으로 흐르는 유량의 우회시키는 우회관과, 상기 우회관과 상기 제1공급관의 연결부위에 설치되고 상기 우회관의 개폐를 행하는 우회밸브를 포함하고, 상기 감압밸브, 상기 유량계, 상기 제1압력센서 또는 상기 제2압력센서의 고장여부를 판단하는 오작동감지부; 및 상기 오작동감지부에 의해 상기 감압밸브, 상기 유량계, 상기 제1압력센서 및 상기 제2압력센서의 고장여부를 판단하는 검사가 진행되면서 분사되는 소방수를 회수하여 순환시키는 배수부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a fire door with a fire spreading prevention function for an apartment building, capable of recovering and recycling fire water used for testing malfunction.
