The present invention relates to a sluice gate brake apparatus using a pin jack. When closing sluice gates by dropping rack bars at the same time, the apparatus enables rotation using an impact caused at the moment that the sluice gates are completely closed. Accordingly, a brake drum formed on a motor side in an upper gear box can be stopped by brake linings. Therefore, the sluice gates can be closed at the same time. Moreover, a driving motor can be prevented from being operated even under the close of the sluice gates. Thus, breakdowns of the driving motor or damage to the sluice gates can be prevented.
본 발명은 핀잭을 이용한 수문 브레이크장치에 관한 것으로, 랙크바를 일시에 하강시켜 수문을 닫는 경우 수문이 완전히 닫히는 순간 타격에 의해 회전이 이루어져 브레이크 라이닝에 의한 상부기어박스 내의 모터축 상에 구성된 브레이크 드럼의 제동이 이루어지도록 함으로써 수문을 일시에 닫는 것이 가능하도록 함은 물론, 수문이 닫혔음에도 불구하고 구동모터의 작동이 이루어지는 것을 방지하고, 이를 통해 구동모터의 고장이나 수문의 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 기술에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a sluice gate brake apparatus using a pin jack. 본 발명은 핀잭을 이용한 수문 브레이크장치에 관한 것으로, 랙크바를 일시에 하강시켜 수문을 닫는 경우 수문이 완전히 닫히는 순간 타격에 의해 회전이 이루어져 브레이크 라이닝에 의한 상부기어박스 내의 모터축 상에 구성된 브레이크 드럼의 제동이 이루어지도록 함으로써 수문을 일시에 닫는 것이 가능하도록 함은 물론, 수문이 닫혔음에도 불구하고 구동모터의 작동이 이루어지는 것을 방지하고, 이를 통해 구동모터의 고장이나 수문의 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 기술에 관한 것이다.
