본 발명은 소방 기술 분야 중 공동주택의 소방 배관 누수감지 시스템에서 배관 계통의 결함으로 인해 유출된 누설부분을 감지함과 아울러 소화설비의 자동 압력제어가 가능하도록 하면서 관리실에 구비된 방재설비 통합 모니터링 제어부와 연계하여 공동주택 단지 내에 설치된 다수의 가로등이 유문등 기능도 함께 구현하도록 함으로써 전국적으로 발생하는 모기에 의한 전염병 예방에 기여할 수 있도록 개선된 공동주택의 소방 배관 누수감지 시스템에 관한 것이다.
