The present invention relates to a one-touch type steel bar coupler, which includes: a pair of coupler bodies having a hollow shape, in which a body coupling portion having a thread is formed at an inner surface of one end thereof, a steel bar perforation portion is formed at the other end thereof, and contact portions, which are formed with inclined surfaces and horizontal surfaces continuously arranged from the other end to the one end, are formed at an inner surface thereof; a joint member disposed in the body coupling portion of the coupler body, formed on an outer surface thereof with a thread for screw-coupling, provided at a center thereof with a joint member operating portion for rotational operation, and provided with a steel bar insertion portion formed on both sides of the joint member operating portion; a plurality of plate members arranged inside the coupler body, in which outer surfaces of the plate members are formed with inclined surfaces and horizontal surfaces arranged from the other end to one end of the plate members, and a plurality of locking protrusions are formed on inner surfaces of the plate members such that a joint of the steel bar can be supported while being hooked with the locking protrusions; and an elastic member interposed between the joint member and the plate member. According to the present invention, by changing the structure of the coupler body, the conventional holder is removed, and the parts are formed of a metal material, so that it is possible not only to prevent damage to the part during the coupling work such as welding, but also to reduce the manufacturing time and manufacturing cost while reducing the defect rate of products.
본 발명은 원터치형 철근 커플러에 관한 것으로서, 중공형상으로 일단 내면에 나선이 형성된 몸체 결합부가 형성되고, 타단에는 철근 관통부가 형성되며, 내면에는 타 단에서 일 단을 향해 경사면 및 수평면이 연속형성된 편체 접촉부가 형성되는 한 쌍의 커플러 몸체; 상기 커플러 몸체의 몸체 결합부에 배치되고, 외면에는 나선결합될 수 있도록 나선이 형성되며, 중앙에는 회전작동을 위한 이음체 작동부가 형성되고, 상기 철근 작동부를 기준으로 양측에는 철근 삽입부가 형성되는 이음체; 상기 커플러 몸체의 내부에 각각 배치되고, 외면은 타 단에서 일 단을 향해 경사면 및 수평면이 형성되며, 내면은 철근의 마디가 걸리면서 지지될 수 있도록 록킹돌기가 연속형성되는 다수개의 편체; 상기 이음체와 편체의 사이에 장착되는 탄성부재;를 포함한다 본 발명에 따르면, 커플러 몸체의 구조 변경으로 통해 종래의 홀더를 제거하고 부품을 금속재질로 형성하여 용접 등의 결합시 제품 변형에 따른 부품의 손상을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 그에 따른 제조시간 및 제조비용을 절감하고 제품의 불량성을 낮출 수 있는 효과가 있다.
