Reinforcing method for resisting earthquake using nature friendly and earthquake-resistant mortar
The present invention relates to eco-friendly earthquake resistant mortar and an earthquake resistance reinforcing method using the same. An objective of the present invention is to provide eco-friendly earthquake resistant mortar to mix silica fiber with silicate-based silica powder, inorganic powder, and a resin binder to have eco-friendliness by eliminating the need to add cement while providing excellent earthquake resistance and non-flammability, and an earthquake resistance reinforcing method using the same. The eco-friendly earthquake resistant mortar comprises 10-50 wt% of silicate-based silica powder, 0.1-5 wt% of silica fiber, 2-30 wt% of fly ash, 3-6 wt% of inorganic powder, 10-50 wt% of silica (no. 5 and no. 6), 10-50 wt% of a resin binder, 0.1-3 wt% of a superplasticizer, 0.1-3 wt% of a viscosity agent, 0.1-2 wt% of a retarder, 0.1-2 wt% of an accelerant, and 0.1-2 wt% of an antifoaming agent. An end surface is repaired or an earthquake resistance reinforcing layer is formed on a concrete structure by the eco-friendly earthquake resistant mortar.
본 발명은 친환경 내진모르타르와 이를 이용한 내진보강공법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 실리카섬유를, 규산암계 실리카분말, 무기분말 및, 수지바인더 등과 혼합하여, 시멘트 무첨가에 따른 친환경성을 구비하면서 우수한 내진성 및 불연성을 구비한 내진모르타르와 이를 이용한 내진보강공법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 규산암계 실리카분말 10∼50wt%, 실리카 섬유 0.1∼5wt%, 플라이애시 2∼30wt%, 무기분말 3∼6wt%, 규사(5.6호) 10∼50wt%, 수지바인더 10∼50wt%, 유동화제 0.1∼3wt%, 증점제 0.1∼3wt%, 지연제 0.1∼2wt%, 촉진제 0.1∼2wt%, 소포제 0.1∼2wt%를 포함하는 친환경 내진모르타르에 의해 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 단면보수 또는 내진보강층을 형성하도록 되어 있다.
