Clay brick having reduced surface water absorption and method for manufacturing the same
The present invention relates to a clay brick for reducing surface water absorption and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing the clay brick comprises: a step (a) of manufacturing clay mixed powder by mixing 15-40 parts by weight of red clay, 10-35 parts by weight of black clay, 20-45 parts by weight of white clay, and 5-30 parts by weight of granite clay; a step (b) of manufacturing a clay paste by mixing water in the clay mixed powder manufactured in the step (a), and manufacturing a molded brick by compressing the manufactured paste; a step (c) of manufacturing a coating slurry mixture by mixing a mixture, which includes 75-90 parts by weight of the clay mixed powder, 10-25 parts by weight of rice husks, 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of barium carbonate, 0.4-1.0 part by weight of sodium triphosphate, and 0.3-0.7 part by weight of carboxymethyl cellulose, with 110-150 parts by weight of the water, and wet grinding the same; a step (d) of forming a first coating layer on a surface of the molded brick by coating the coating slurry mixture on the molded brick manufactured in the step (a) and drying the same; a step (e) of manufacturing a coating alkali solution by mixing 30-50 parts by weight of potassium carbonate, 5-15 parts by weight of glycerin, 1.5-4.0 parts by weight of boric acid, and 0.5-1.2 parts by weight of a binder in 100 parts by weight of the water; a step (f) of forming a second coating layer by coating the coating alkali solution on an upper surface of the first coating layer of the molded brick; and a step (g) of sintering the molded brick on which the first coating layer and the second coating layer are formed. The present invention can prevent a condensation phenomenon of a brick building and a whitening phenomenon of contaminating the surface by reducing absorption of rainwater from the surface of the clay brick in rainy weather.
본 발명은 점토벽돌 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 (a) 적점토 15~40 중량부, 흑점토 10~35 중량부, 백토 20~45 중량부 및 화강토 5~30 중량부를 혼합하여 점토혼합분말을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 단계 (a)에서 제조한 점토혼합분말에 물을 혼합하여 점토 페이스트를 제조하고, 제조한 페이스트를 압출하여 성형벽돌을 제조하는 단계; (c) 상기 점토혼합분말 75~90 중량부, 왕겨재 10~25 중량부, 탄산바륨 0.5~2.0 중량부, 삼인산소다 0.4~1.0 중량부 및 카르복시 메틸 셀룰로오스 0.3~0.7 중량부를 포함하는 혼합물에 물 110~150 중량부를 혼합하고 습식 분쇄하여 코팅용 슬러리 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; (d) 상기 단계 (a)에서 제조한 성형벽돌에 상기 코팅용 슬러리 혼합물을 도포한 후 건조하여 상기 성형벽돌의 표면에 제1 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계; (e) 물 100 중량부에 탄산칼륨 30~50 중량부, 글리세린 5~15 중량부, 붕산 1.5~4.0 중량부 및 결합제 0.5~1.2 중량부를 혼합하여 코팅용 알칼리 수용액을 제조하는 단계; (f) 상기 성형벽돌의 제1 코팅층의 상면에 상기 코팅용 알칼리 수용액을 도포하여 제2 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계; 및 (g) 상기 제1 코팅층 및 제2 코팅층이 형성된 상기 성형벽돌을 소성하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 우천 시 점토벽돌 표면으로 빗물이 흡수되는 것을 저감시켜 벽돌건축물의 결로현상, 표면이 오염되는 백화현상을 방지하는 이점이 있다.
