The present invention relates to a window structure in high-rise apartment houses, and more specifically relates to a window structure in high-rise apartment houses in which the height of a handrail is adjusted in accordance with opening and closing of a window, the risen handrail is configured not to be forced to move while the window is opened, and the height of the handrail can be always maintained at a constant height regardless of dislocation between the location of the window and a rack and a pinion. The handrail can be smoothly lifted in accordance with opening of the window.
본 발명은 공동주택의 고층 창 구조물에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 난간대의 높낮이가 창문의 개폐에 따라 조정되되, 창문을 연 상태에서는 높아진 난간대를 강제로 이동시킬 수 없도록 되고, 창문의 위치와 렉,피니언 간의 어긋남에도 상관없이 항시 난간대의 높낮이가 일정하게 유지될 수 있도록 하는 한편, 창문의 개방에 따른 난간대의 승강이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하기 위한 공동주택의 고층 창 구조물에 관한 것이다.
