/ MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR BLEND FIBER OF POLYVINYLALCOHOL/ACRYLATE POLYMER BLEND BLEND FIBER THEREBY AND FIBER PRODUCT USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for producing polyvinyl alcohol/acrylic polymer blend fiber and polyvinyl alcohol/acrylic polymer blend fiber and a textile product including the blend fiber produced therefrom. The method of producing polyvinyl alcohol/acrylic polymer blend fiber comprises: a step of spinning a dope solution in which a vinyl ester polymer and an acrylic polymer are dissolved in a dope solvent and obtaining precursor fiber; and a step of non-uniformly saponifying the obtained precursor fiber and converting the vinyl ester polymer to polyvinyl alcohol. According to the production method of the present invention, it is able to produce blend fiber, in which hydrophilic polyvinyl alcohol and hydrophobic acrylic polymer as incompatible polymeric materials are mixed without phase separation, without using a compatibilizer.
본 발명에서는 비닐에스테르계 중합체와 아크릴계 중합체를 도프용매에 용해시킨 도프용액을 방사하여 전구체 섬유를 수득하는 단계; 및 상기 수득된 전구체 섬유를 불균일계 비누화하여, 비닐에스테르계 중합체를 폴리비닐알코올로 전환하는 단계;를 포함하는 폴리비닐알코올/아크릴계 중합체 블렌드 섬유의 제조방법, 그로부터 제조되는 폴리비닐알코올/아크릴계 중합체 블렌드 섬유 및 상기 블렌드 섬유를 포함하는 섬유제품을 제공한다. 본 발명의 제조방법에 의하여 비상용성인 고분자 소재들로서 친수성인 폴리비닐알코올과 소수성인 아크릴계 중합체가, 상용화제를 사용하지 않으면서도 상분리 없이 혼합된 블렌드 섬유를 제조할 수 있게 되었다.
