One technical aspect of the present invention provides an electrically-powered roll blind apparatus. The electrically-powered roll blind apparatus comprises: a shaft including a driving shaft formed on at least one side, and having an inner hollow formed; a driving unit arranged on the inner hollow of the shaft for rotationally driving the driving shaft; a charging unit arranged on the inner hollow of the shaft for supplying the power to the driving unit; and a tool control unit coupled to one side of the shaft, and electrically connected to the driving unit and the charging unit. The tool control unit electrically connected to the charging unit includes an outer input terminal for providing the charging current provided from the outside for the charging unit.
